We went to Saffron Walden market today and met Donna who showed us the garden table with eight chairs plus parasol. It was just what we were looking for, the quality and finish excellent, so didn’t take long to decide that we wanted to purchase. Within an hour of getting back home (we live between Chelmsford and Billericay) the furniture was delivered by John another member of the family business. John was knowledgeable and efficient and made sure everything was just perfect before he left to make another delivery. Great service, great product, competitive price - highly recommend.

We bought our beautiful Park Bench from John of Pacific Treak on Bury St Edmund’s Market and it was delivered the same day at no extra cost. We would very happily recommend them.

We found this company at the Knebworth yesterday, chose our garden dining set and realised we wanted a slightly different table. John called for delivery and we have it the same day had the other table on the van and exchanged with the difference. assembled with dowels not cheap screws or unsightly bolts, looks and feels amazing!
The quality whilst excellent , the service was absolutely not expected, I would say exceptional, will be buying some extras for the garden again and love supporting a local family business.

Went to the market in Bury St Edmonds today especially to look for a garden bench.
We’d seen the furniture before and when we wanted a bench, we made the trip.
We were not disappointed, we found just what we wanted. Solid wood and well made. The service was fantastic. Lovely meeting John . And same day delivery.

It was delivered to our home on the Monday afternoon in Worcester.

Bought garden set from John @ Stamford market - very friendly and knowledgeable guy; spent time showing the furniture off - demonstrated how table extends from 4 to 6 and then 8 seats. John wasn’t pushy, told us to go have a coffee and think about it before committing.
Once we decided to go ahead the set was delivered later the same day and John built the table in situ.
The set is exceptional quality, it looks fantastic in our garden and we couldn’t be happier - would highly recommend.

Bought a Wave garden bench seat at the Kelmarsh Spring Fair. Excellent quality product, good price, seen, paid for and delivered by the affable John on the same day, within four hours of purchase. What more could you ask for? Looks great in our garden.

Outstanding customer service and quality products from John and Donna at Pacific Teak. Physically seen at 10am on 18 March 2026, delivered and set up on our patio the same afternoon, free of charge. We were delighted with the heavy teak Lutyens design bench, and the eight seater extending teak table with extra-thick top and fixed frame, which we bought completed with eight fitted seat cushions and huge parasol with winder mechanism.. The teak furniture was fully built up, good value quality products far superior to the flat pack products offered by some competitors. ( Beware of flatpack products, many of their reviews say why.) Thanks to Donna and John, who were a delight to deal with.. We will be happy to buy again from Pacific Teak, and recommend them.

Saw an extending teak table and eight chairs on display in St Albans' market. Very impressed with the quality and the information that John gave us. We were delighted when he said that free delivery to West Wickham, Kent would be no problem. Ordered on the Wednesday, delivered and installed on the Friday. Can't fault the service received. As another review says - all we need now is some sun!

Excellent service from this company. I purchased a beautiful table and 10 chairs from their stall on Stamford market a few days ago for my daughter and son in law. The product was delivered within a couple of hours. Amazing. Excellent value.

We are very pleased with our attractive, double-leaf table and stacking chairs for the patio. We ordered the set at our local market. It was delivered four days later by a helpful, friendly man who carried it in and did all that was needed to attach the table to its base. He provided useful advice about annual maintenance. Buying in February we were offered the furniture at a very worthwhile discount. Now all we need is some sunshine!
