They were very attentive with me and my journey. They stayed positve during the process. They did good job keeping me abreast of the project timeline.

I found Pacific Publishings a few weeks ago and for a moment I am absolutely amazed. I came across their website when I was just checking if there are any chances to publish a book on the market and it was the first time I was treated seriously. I started chatting with Alex Reed who called me after 10 minutes and we talked for an hour - and I was not even their customer! Not only did he explain the whole process but also he was so enthusiastic and supportive that I decided to finish the manuscript and send it. If it was not for Alex I am not sure if I would ever have courage to even think about publishing it.

Now my book is being reviewed by Aaron Morris and I am very happy with his work. The manuscript has been thoroughly read and I got a detailed report of suggested changes and how we can approach the project. I have full control of what is going on but I am being helped by someone who has a lot of experience. I am sure the final version of my book will be much better than if I was trying to do everything on my own.
