I’m happy with pacific bags
I’m happy with pacific bags. But I’m not happy that I have just received the bags but I have to go into Beaudesert to collect them as StarTrack will not deliver to our place. I payed good money to have them delivered to my door and now I have to go an hour into Beaudesert to pick them up. Not happy with the delivery

Hi Jackie, thanks for your review. Apologies for the inconvenience regarding the delivery of your items. Looking at your last few orders, I see that StarTrack has delivered to your residence. I do not know why there was an issue with this latest delivery, could be any number of things, but I can make notes for future orders so the delivery driver is aware of exactly where to deliver your items. We hope you're happy with the bags.
