Bad waranty
On 27.09.2025, we ordered and purchased a Krups coffee machine through the Ozone.hr platform. The product was delivered a few days after the order.
Already on 19.11.2025, the device stopped working and was reported as defective, and it was sent for service through your complaint system.
After extensive correspondence, the device was returned to us damaged only on 23.02.2026, i.e., more than three months after it was received for service. Since then, for over a month, any responsibility or correspondence from your side has been completely ignored.
