Имат добри оферти, харесва ми опцията за взимане от физически магазин и разнообразието на сайта.

Единствения проблем който имам е, че много пъти пратката ми е пускана до различно от моето населено място (има няколко в България със същото име).

Случи се няколко пъти когато чаках, примерно игра pre-order. Губи се целия смисъл да я пускам от рано ако ще я играя след всички останали заради тези грешки.

Съпорта ми обясни че няма как да подобрят това, и ме посъветваха да пускам пощенския си код като коментар, въпреки че в регистрацията ми има адрес + пощенски код.

Аз лично съм доволен от услугите и продуктите на сайта. Пускат често доста добри промоции и имат богато разнообразие от продукти. Не съм имал проблем с доставки и от съпорта се обаждат ако нещо не в наличност или имат проблем с доставчика. Налагало му се е да променя продукти във вече направена поръчка и направих запитване през чатбота в сайта, всичко стана бързо и лесно. Естествено понякога има забавяния, особено ако поръчвате нещо което е при доставчик, а не на склад. Не знам защо са изписани толкова негативни мнения тук. Почти всеки месец правя поръчки на неща, които на други места са по-скъпи.

Very lo level of service. I order an earphones online true the shop. They arrive in one of them shops in Burgas Mall Gallery. The order the product wasn’t the same and they didn’t give the money back. They are so arrogant. I recommend to everyone to not buy anything from them at all.

I bought a "brand new" mechanical keyboard for my setup. When I opened the box, the seal was already broken, and there were literally crumbs and hair under the keycaps. It was obviously a returned item that they just resold without checking. When I contacted support, they asked for photos and then ghosted me for a week. I used to trust them, but this is unacceptable for a major retailer.

As a consumer, you are unable to see the reviews of products by other consumers, or even yourself. They don't show up. You cannot even see the reviews that you made, it's not a thing this web-store does, even though it says "Be the first to make a review of this product." Leading consumers to believe no one has said anything good or bad. It gives the impression as if lying to the consumers.

I had purchased something so bad, it's worse than worthless, so bad it harms my equipment (a bad mouse which damages my desk and mouse pad) while giving me horrible vibrations and coil whine sound that leave me feeling sick. I wrote a review to warn other buyers, it never shows up on their website. I am pretty upset about it, as I believe it's actually harmful to anybody using it.

Before the review:
I gave them the ability to fix the product or I wanted my money back. I gave them the product 4 days after I got it, one whole month passes, closing the "return product" window, making me unable to return it at all. Then they call me to get the product back, as it was "made as intended by the manufacturer" and that it was "tested multiple times" which I know multiple engineers in different fields, no one tests simple products multiple times to take a month, especially when it's obvious to people who do NOT have any basic tech level to see that the product was simply trash.

Was writing with one "chat support" who writes like an 8th grader fooling with customers, acting smug when asked basic questions.

I'm very unhappy and have very low trust with them. Use caution.

Always return a product if you have a problem, and do not count on shops to have your back. Use your consumer protection!

SUPPORT OFFERS NO HELP. THEY EVEN ADMIT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT YET THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY.

THIS SYSTEM IS FRAUDULENT.

I used Ozone's service multiple times for a variety of items in wide price ranges and everytime I am met with effortless service. Also, it is very rare occasion that I cannot find the specific product I am looking for.

Имам над 10 поръчки и всичките са изпълнени абсолютно безпроблемно. При всеки мой контакт със служители относно подробности съм срещнал учтиво отношение и бърза реакция. Силно препоръчвам!

Ich lebe in Bulgarien, bestelle eigentlich bei Amazon. Nun war ozon.bg im März diesen Jahres mit einem Artikel deutlich günstiger als Amazon, nun im August schon das zweite mal um fast 50 Euro günstiger beim edifier T5 Subwoofer. Der Sub war als B Geräte angeboten weil es wohl eine große Schramme auf dem Gehäuse gab. Das Gerät wurde gestern geliefert, die Schramme war ca. 1 cm groß, nicht erwähnenswert. Dafür diesen Rabatt, dazu innerhalb eines Tages versendet, Kundensupport antwortet schnell. Bin voll und ganz mit dem Gesamtpaket zufrieden.

This store operates in an extremely unprofessional manner. If a repair or replacement is needed, customers are often dismissed and told that their concerns are unfounded. Such an approach demonstrates a lack of integrity in customer service. It is only a matter of time before such business practices lead to failure. In the 21st century, it is essential to put an end to unfair commercial practices in Bulgaria.

Гаранциите са формалност. Лаптопът, който закупих от Ozone, работеше без проблем няколко месеца, но с времето разви сериозен проблем с вентилатора. Възползвах се от "гаранцията" и след като беше изпратен в сервиз, ми го върнаха в същото състояние, като ми казаха, че е нормално моделът да има такъв проблем...

Made an order and had to wait for over 2 months, shortly they told me that my product is sold out already 👿👿👿👿👿👿👿👿👿👿👿👿👿
