Really happy with our Aircon filter material. The white is so much better than the grey because you can see any dirt and deterioration of the material a lot easier. It’s a nice thick quality material as well.

I am very happy with my Air Conditioner Air Diverter it is exactly as described and is working wonderful directing air down and away from my bus. Highly recommend A+

Ordering online was easy peasy, tracking my order was reassuring and delivery was prompt.

Bought 3 small Daiken units from Oz Air online last month, after shopping for the cheapest price in Brisbane area. The whole process was efficient, and delivery was fast, and on time.

I submitted an online enquiry through OZ Air Online for air conditioning supply and installation. OZ Air then allocated my enquiry to one of their partners, Venture Air Conditioning, who provided a quote. I accepted the quote and paid a deposit for the supply and installation of two air conditioning units.

Unfortunately, Venture Air Conditioning failed to deliver or install the units as agreed, and I have been left out of pocket with no resolution. When I contacted OZ Air Online for support—since it was through their platform I was referred to Venture Air—I was told that they take no responsibility, stating the work wasn’t performed under their company and advised me to lodge a complaint against Venture Air instead.

This kind of lack of accountability is extremely disappointing. OZ Air Online should not be referring customers to unreliable third parties and then washing their hands of the issue when things go wrong. I would strongly caution anyone against using this platform.

I ordered an Air Diverter Magnetic 7 Blade 608w x 600h. The price was reasonable, communication from the company was excellent, fast delivery and the product appears to be well made, sturdy and very easy to fix to the unit. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience. The diverter is positioned outside with the full afternoon sun on it. I hope it will be able to handle these conditions. Time will tell.

The AC arrived in good time and was received in good order. They also arranged for an installer to contact me which was useful(as I did request it) but in the end I had it installed through another tradie.

I initially called to ask about the nearest pick-up location in Victoria, and while the phone operator wasn't able to help at the time, I submitted an enquiry online and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received a follow-up text. From there, communication was excellent—my questions were answered promptly and clearly. The whole process was smooth, and my installer was able to collect the unit from their warehouse without any issues. I’d highly recommend them based on their responsive service and overall efficiency.
