Extremely poor service and refusal to honour UK consumer rights
I ordered a product from Oxyfit and the experience has been awful from start to finish. The item was shipped from China with no warning, took far longer than advertised to arrive, and when it finally did, it was not fit for purpose.
When I requested a return and refund under UK consumer law, Oxyfit repeatedly refused, ignored the legislation I referenced, and tried to claim they don’t accept returns. This is simply not true for UK customers and is a breach of consumer rights.
Communication was slow, evasive, and unhelpful. I’ve now escalated the matter through my card provider and Trading Standards.
I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
