OxiomHub's assessment was a game…

OxiomHub's assessment was a game changer for me. What stood out most was how tailored it felt — a proper deep dive into how my profile was actually landing in the European market, with a full CV rewrite and a clear strategy for where to focus my search.

The ATS report was an eye-opener. I was not realising my two-column layout was failing on the major ATS parsers. That insight alone would have made the service worth it.

It's reshaped my whole approach. The team clearly knows the European market inside out and the personal touch came through in every section. Highly recommended.

The ATS insight you mentioned is one of the most eye-opening parts of our assessment for so many candidates. Formatting issues like two-column layouts are invisible to the applicant but can silently block a CV from ever reaching a human reader. I only used the Tier 1 and boy that was…

I only used the Tier 1 and boy that was wonderful. I got a full report on my CV explaining what is good and what is missing to be recognized in the European market. As an immigrant, I had my home country’s market in mind when I wrote my CV, and then I got the report and it was an eye opener and game changer for me. I strongly suggest at least using this service if not the other tiers. It will show you things no one else will show you. Thank you, Dragana and Oxiomhub.
