Poor customer service real smart disrespectful remarks from agents like you are wasting their time asking them questions about services.

We recently had a policy with OX and the service was horrible! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - We filed a claim with them - took the car to an Audi dealership, we had no issues until they received the claim - they went back and forth for weeks asking the dealership for different documents instead of asking for the information at one time...it just prolonged the process. When they finally agreed to pay for the claim - they only paid a small portion. The claim was approximately 4000.00 and they only paid a little over a thousand. They informed the dealership they get their parts from AutoZone in which is the cheapest way to go...of course we weren't putting the cheaper parts on our Audi. We ended up paying 3000.00 out of pocket with the deductible and balance. The customer service after getting the policy went down hill!!!! We were hung up on, disconnected several times. You do not want this headache. we are cancelling our services immediately.

I can join the crowded group with negative opinions about the Ox Car Care claims process. Over 3 weeks without my truck and still "processing". I wish I had checked this websites reviews before buying their warranty. Is there even one honorable and effective auto warranty company out there???

Do not buy a warranty from this company. They are horrible. Customer service agents hang up on you repeatedly. I waited 10 business days for them to approve a repair, and it never came. Imagine having your vehicle at a repair facility with them all ready to make the repair and you wait more than two weeks for approval from Ox Care - does that sound like good coverage to you. AGAIN, THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

They do not honor their contract, horrible customer service. Stay far away them

My truck has been in the shop since 3/7 today is 4/15. Still waiting on an answer. I left a bad review on google, they responded with your claim has been expedited. Here we are 2 weeks later and still waiting on an answer. So yesterday i submitted a review to the BBB and received an email saying "management" is reviewing the claim. Not hopeful at all that they will cover the repairs, even though what is broke they claim they'll fix in my contract. They did cover repairs about 4 months ago so they probably are not wanting to cover this $5000. repair. Horrible company, and when you do get to talk to someone all they do is read from a script.

Do not buy this warranty! I submitted 3 oil changes and never received a penny. I then had a transmission pan leak and although it was a covered expense they found a way to deny the claim. I tried for 6 weeks to cancel the policy and they wouldn't cancel it. I finally had to close my credit card so they couldn't keep billing me!

This company is a horrible piece of crap. Look at all the 1 stars, they deserve 0 stars.
they get your info and keep harassing you day after day. they get your credit card and charge it even though they dont have my vehicle vin so they cant even identify what they are insuring.
they keep e mailing me a year after i canceled the same day.
Most importantly they lied when they got me to sign up. They say the entire vehicle is insured when it's not. Then they give you some type of bullshit that you get up to $2,000 in insurance per year in $500 increments. THIS COMPANY IS ALL A LIE AND DON'T USE THEM. Use endurance or another real company stay away from this place. I warned you!

I left one another company 2 years ago to try Ox because I heard great things about it. I have the Platinum plan and am just needing to use it. My daughter's transmission was starting to go out and I called to ensure it was covered, Her car has been in the shop going on 3 weeks now, and every time I call I get a different excuse as to way it's taking so long. Last week, I was told that it was pending review and now it's pending second level review. I have to vehicles with Ox and was thinking of adding a third But if this is how they conduct business, I can't see adding another car to the plan. I really wish they would approve this first and only claim filed so my daughter can get her car back prior to school starting next week. 3-4 weeks is entirely too long for an approval.

My car is still in the shop, and I can't get any help. Ox Care Care. My SUV has been in the shop for about a month, and I'm still waiting for the advisor to review it. I have had three other warranty companies so far. Ox Car Care has been the worst extended warranty company that I have ever dealt with. There has been no communication, and I must pay rent at my expense while waiting.

As of today my car has been in the shop since February 19th, 2025 and today is March 5th. No work has been done because Ox keeps telling me it is still under consideration. They asked for 4 pass oil change maintenance proof which I have done and still to no avail. I recently returned the rental car because I could no longer afford it. I am now carless. I am deeply hurt and disappointed. How can a reputable company do this and sleep at night. The commercials when holding had to have paid those people to lie or once in a while have taken pity to spend some of the money that we pay monthly for nothing . Because Ox does not have your back.

bought the warranty turns out this company is a scam. lost 500$ and got my claim denied. waste of time and money. never again. BEWARE.

Had this service for sometime now and before I decided to sign up, I ask all possible questions. Of course, they will tell you any and everything to get you signed up. When I needed them to fix an issue with my car, I made sure I read everything in the manual and I also called to verify if it will be covered and was told yes. When I initially took my car on a weekend, I found out they were closed??? Strike 1! I had to come back the next week during the weekday. I took my car in and followed every step in the Ox Car Care manual only to be told that I must wait until an adjuster to approve services and I had to leave my car and get a rental. After I follow what they said, it was not until Thurs (almost a week) when I had to call them and was told that none of the services was covered and I had to pay for the rental out of my pocket after I had verified services was covered. Strike 2! After that I immediately, returned the rental to not occurred any more charges and pay for the services myself. I contacted Consumers Affairs, FTC, BBB and reported Ox Car Care. Which they refused to answer my complaint to them. Strike 3! and finally I reported them to the Attorney General. Still I'm waiting on a response. I suggest that everyone report them to your Attorney General in your state so that a class action lawsuit will come against them.

I'm always a little skeptical about company's soliciting by way of phone calls and text messaging.
My 1st phone call with Ox Car Care did not go well, because after explaining to them that before I make a big purchase like this I'll do the following...
• Ask my close friends their opinions about extended warranty company's
• Research the company on BBB
• Call several established mechanic shops

As soon as I told the salesman my wishes, he tried everything in his power and training to not let me hang up before getting me to sign the aggreement. After it was obvious that he got annoyed from my reaction I hung up the phone.

This morning (Sunday February 2 2025 ) I received another call from Ox Car Care. But this time it started off mch better. This salesman was very kind and listened to me. I told him to give me a day or two to research everything.
After thinking it over I thought to myself....."Am I considering all my options...than I thought, Wow, I forgot to pray about it."
This is true to how it happened. As soon as I said Amen, I immediately remembered hearing about a review company called Trust Pilot.
Well, as soon as I started reading all of the reviews with 1 star ratings I thanked God that he directed me to Trust Pilot along with your real true to life experiences with Ox Car Care.

I honestly cannot believe the amount of people that actually fall for crap like this.

Ox car care is the worse company for after market warranty. A bunch of lies just to get your business and a have a recording of what they promised me Took 2.5 weeks for them to tell me that my claim was denied lucky for me I have 6 other vehicles. Lies don’t do it

I contacted Ox Car Care about problems with my car. I explained what was wrong, they looked it up and said everything was covered. I placed my car in the shop back at the end of November, 2024. The shop called them and then was directed to email them with parts, labor and all with photos and videos of the problems. They told the shop it would take them 72 hours to 2 weeks to get back to them. The shop complied. After, the end of December, I was denied the work except one CV axel. My car had both axles bad; tie rod ends and other work. So as of now, 1/8/2025, I am driving a car with no inspection. I am an elderly man and disabled. BTW, I have tried to contact claims only to listen to testimonials and everything they talk about was the parts I need on my car. So, they do cover these parts. I finally did get hold of claims today, 1/8/2025 and of course I was told to email them with my complaints. Seems this company may be a scam, and they have no feelings with people with disabilities as well. They just want their payments every month with no promise of any actual repairs they will cover. If this had a lower then one star, I would have used it. I just seen on the news a few days ago that the other car warranty company, the one Ice T dose their commercial is now under investigation for fraud. You all know what company I am talking about. So, I am starting to believe that all these companies are in cahoots with each other and all fraudulent.

Scam company - they denied all claims, i had 2 times requested. All times they denied do not correctly explaining what's is the reason.
Both times I paid out of pocket both times over $2000
They do not care and cover you at all, poor customer service as well.

Well, my issue seems to be the same as everyone else here. Diamond Plan paid in full. Paid almost $5000 for the diamond plan. A mechanic submitted a claim on our behalf to Ox Car Care, adjuster came out, we sent in all service work and invoices and still today, 3 weeks later they are still saying they are reviewing claim. We have called and emailed them every day after the 3-5 business day timeframe of processing the claim they provided. This company and their customer service team are worthless. They don't honor what they advertise, and you will have to continuously contact them via phone and email to even get an idea as to where they are in processing your claim. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

WOW!! I saw the Ox Car Care commercial on TV, and I was just about to call Ox Car Care when I decided to do a little research first. Thank goodness for the internet. I saw these reviews and just reading the "one star" reviews got me quite upset. Of course, I would NEVER sign up with a company with such a record. If I were them, I'd close up shop and go work at McDonalds!!
