Subject: False Review and Fraudulent Documentation on our Trustpilot Account

Dear Ted,

We are reaching out to better understand your experience, as our records indicate that you have never contacted our company via telephone, email, or through our website. We also note that, in an attempt to verify your review on Trustpilot, you provided a reference number, which is required by Trustpilot to confirm correspondence with a company after a review has been flagged.

We are concerned by your claim that we are a scam, as our records show no dealings with you. Additionally, our financial accounts have been filed accurately.

We have flagged your review three times. On two occasions, it was correctly removed due to your failure to provide legitimate details, such as your full name, email address, telephone number, or any substantive information about your experience with us. On the third attempt, it appears that you provided a new email address, but again, no full name, contact number, or clear details regarding your experience. However, this time, you submitted a reference number, #OG-2023-101-TB.

It is evident that you are attempting to exploit the system, having gained a better understanding of how Trustpilot's verification process works in order to potentially 'verify' your review.

After a thorough review of our records, we can confirm that the reference number you provided does not exist within our system. We maintain a detailed log of all reference numbers ever issued, and there is no record of this reference, no individual named "Ted," and no identifiable details that would connect you to any interaction with our company.

Furthermore, the document you submitted in support of your claim is entirely fraudulent. This document is not an authentic record from our company and appears to have been fabricated with the intent to deceive.

We take this matter extremely seriously. The submission of fraudulent documents and the posting of false reviews are significant breaches of Trustpilot's guidelines and may also violate legal standards concerning defamation, fraud, and misrepresentation.

We have requested that Trustpilot take immediate action to investigate this issue, provide us with the document you submitted, and remove the false review. Should this matter not be resolved promptly, we will be forced to explore all available legal avenues to protect our reputation and hold those responsible accountable for their actions.
