Friendly and helpful Trent
I spoke with Trent. He was very friendly and did his best to find out the answer to my question. When our call dropped out he called me back.
I would find it helpful if Ovo sent emails a little more frequently to explain what is happening but, it was easy enough to make the call and get information.

Been choosing OVO since the first time I moved in Melbourne. No words can't describe how I really thankful for their great service. They're quick responses, trusted, communicative, cooperative with the outstanding service even when we had relocation to the new place. Impressed with Ovo
So impressed with Ovo. A recent startup experiencing significant growth, yet I have always found they answered my queries in a reasonable time frame. They have the most innovative plans and in July this year when I swapped my Mum and daughter to them also their prices were best of any supplier. In SA they introduced a special EV tariff which encouraged me to innovate with my power use to reduce costs. Well done and thanks for coming to SA.
