Dan is very easy to work with. Be prepared for a long lead time though. There is a slot of hoops to go through with the insurance company. However, Dan is very Helpful in moving it through the paperwork mes.

Our situation was a bit complicated but Darren was able to get answers quickly concerning anything that arose. It was easy to tell he was very concerned about every aspect of the process.
