10/10 don't recommend. They say a money back guarantee if it doesn't work for you, but you will not get the full refund. After I ordered I found out I can't use the product as it will interact with my medications. I emailed them and explained that, I hadn't even gotten the products yet and they refused to give me my whole refund and for me to ship it back to them. They offered me$25 out of the $70 I spent on products that I can't use and could cause me serious harm if I take with my medications. So now I'm stuck with the products that I can't use and can't seem to get rid of. Just wanted everyone to know that you will not get a fun refund if something like this comes up or it doesn't work for you.

Horrible experience! Doesn't work like it is supposed too. I didnt think I had a subscription because i went into it and said I didn't? Then a week later it bills me 92.$$ I tried to dispute it, it wouldn't let me. I tried to contact them no response for almost 2 weeks then states I did have a subscription to click this link. The link is the same thing!!! Says I don't have a subscription and they won't cancel it??? I had to contact my bank and block the merchant. Buyers beware!!! This is a scam!!!

I ordered my first batch of Ovia Cut mix and within 5 minutes I got a text from Heather making sure my address was correct and offering advice and answering my questions to ensure I was prepped to start! This was the best experience I have ever had with an online purchase! She even told me to keep her contact for any future needs!

The product did not work for me but what was most disappointing was I could not get a refund. They claimed they refunded me but it was a card # that wasn’t mine. Did they make up a fictitious # ? Sketchy

I am a person that doesn't try too many new things. Especially when it comes to taste. But, what made me curious is that all I drink is water 24/7. I gave up soda's Thirty years ago and never was a coffee drinker so I wanted something to drink that was TASTY and good for you that I can add to my water.
Skeptical as I was I gave Ovia a try. Well, All you "Picky" tasters I can Truly and Honestly Say This Picky Taster Loved the Taste! No chalky after taste. Just a light Strawberry taste. Now, I know that everyone has different tastebuds but I think your tastebuds will thank you.

While placing my first order tonight, Heather, one of the representatives, was messaging with me, telling me a little bit about it. Very informative and very nice. Very helpful as well! She encouraged me with her positivity. I can’t wait to get the product, even more so now.

Can’t wait to try this product finally as I’ve been seeing it all over facebook for months now and I’m so confident it going to work for me that I even picked up a bottle for my adult son. We both have emotional eating habits and I’ve reached menopause age so figure it time to take back my body! Great customer service so far…..I’m truly excited and can’t wait for its arrival.
