Overpriced products from China.

I bought a coat from this brand for my dog a few years ago from a physical store.
2 years later I thought I will order a similar item online as the first coat was used a lot and needed a replacement.

Their products are sold as such expensive and luxurious that I thought they are at least produced in the UK.

It turns out it’s another white labeling company who puts their logo on items produced and shipped from China.

Delivery took ages, products arrived in negligent packaging, the sizes weren’t good. I am already two months in a process of exchanges and returns that is frustrating.

Probably the way they decided to scale the business is failing them but I think this review is necessary for this exact reason. Sort your production and delivery as you got some good designs there.

have been a customer for many years, although I had vowed not to buy again the last time I made a purchase and got really bad customer service but this time has really been the icing on the cake. Requested to cancel an order that had not yet arrived, but was told it wasn’t possible but I could return it when it arrived. of course, this means paying the postage charge to send it back as they did not offer even though I wanted to cancel before as it was taking weeks to arrive. when it finally arrived, I thought maybe I’d keep it because it had taken so long but then I opened it and it was extremely poor quality, a lead that had no resistance on the clip and therefore would be unsafe which was the whole purpose of buying a new lead, for safety. returned the item and was told that it was not faulty in anyway, there was no recognition of it being poor quality which is what I had said and no refund of postage charge, I received a refund for the item minus the original postage charge and the return postage charge despite having requested to cancel it because it was taking too long in the first place. Really poor experience, there’s no need for me to ever buy from here again as there are never any new products anyway. certainly long time customers are not valued.

Absolutely disappointed.! Paid extra for urgent 1 day delivery as I was only in UK for a short visit. It’s now 5 days before I am due to receive the products. Will not now be able to get my products. Very very poor delivery commitments.
