I ordered a flylondon shoes to Hungary. Its arrived in 7 days. Everything was fine.
I have purchased 2 pairs of wedge sandals from Overcube, both are good quality and great value. Speedy delivery and if a return is required all the paperwork and return label are in the box.
I have sent 8 messages over 3 weeks trying to get a shipping label for a return and have received no response apart from a message acknowledging one of my messages. I'm beyond frustrated and now notice that this seems to be a standard experience.
I bought my boots from fly London one month ago. They still haven't sent me an email saying they have shipped. The tracking they texted me says they are still in Portugal in the warehouse?! no one is answering my emails. I will be filing a complaint with PayPal. Very disappointed. Won't buy again from here
If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT buy from flylondonuk. I ordered online a pair of shoes on 25.1.21 at no point was I made aware they where coming from Portugal. I have sent at least 8 emails with generic responses, still no shoes or refund. It looks like my shoes are now back in Portugal via DPD tracking.I posted a negative response via Twitter got a call within 10 mins but no further forward just platitudes!that was 6 days ago. The most galling thing is I paid £15 for postage 😂 what a fool !
I ordered Fly boots in January and have not heard anything from Overcube despite them taking payment. I have tried contacting them for confirmation of my order. I have received nothing back. I want to cancel my order but there is no communication with them. Absolutely shocking service.
The worst ordering online experience I have ever. As a result of a long wait on my order made in December 2020, I have emailed the Overcube customer service asking for the order to be cancelled. However, my email was completely disregarded and subsequently I received a text message from DPD stating that my parcel was on its way! I have asked them to return the parcel and wrote to Overcube customer service again asking for a clarification and I have been writing to them for the last two months without getting any response or refund. This service is simply unacceptable.
I have been trying to contact the customer support service to get the refund of an article that is sold out and so far I didn't get any response from them.
I would like to know what to do to get my money back and how long it will take.
Order placed in early December never received. Still waiting.
Order arrived in bout 7-1/2 weeks. Product exactly as expected. Satisfied now understand order parameters which were not communicated by vendor at time of order.
Was a bit worried to begin with as a) I hadn't heard of Overcube and b) they didn't appear to be UK based (but have UK operations). Shouldn't have worried, they were great! Free returns to Portugal (where Fly London HQ!) and a totally excellent, personal service. Their Customer Service reps are excellent and very courteous & friendly (real people!). I will, and have, use them again.
