Very poor job. Spent £75 only to have bits and drops all over the surrounding cupboards, the microwave and on the floor. The oven and cooker were very poorly cleaned so we had to clean it ourselves after. Waste of money. Worst cleaning job I have ever seen, but it is my fault for not checking on the spot and trusting someone. Never again!

Very disappointed with the job. The oven was not clean at all, racks still covered in marks, buttons weren’t touched or the outside of the oven and the cupboards around my kitchen all had dirt on them.
Messaged the company to say I wasn’t happy with the work and he did offer to come back and clean again however after the mess he left and the “clean” he did I declined and ended up cleaning it properly myself. Wish I didn’t bother wasting my money on this company Would not recommend.

Matt has cleaned our oven and to be honest it looked better than new at the end..
Turned up exactly as arranged,did a great job and definitely will pass his number to friends and family..

Matt came to clean our oven and we are so impressed with the result - its sparkling clean! I'm so glad we contacted Matt, he was so helpful from the very start. As a busy family, we just don't have the time to do it ourselves so to have this done properly and efficiently is amazing! Matt is a total professional and such a lovely guy. He was on-time, respectful and I have now recommended him to my friends and family. I'll be using Matt for for all of our oven cleans.

Matt went out of his way at very short notice to ensure we had a sparkling oven in time for a party. Delighted with the oven clean and would definitely use him again

Matt has cleaned my Oven twice before and done an amazing job,hence me having him back again. My two ovens were not that bad but due to recovering from a broken wrist I couldn’t do it myself.
First appointment was cancelled as was the second one.
Eventually came and what a disappointment!!
I had a Quick Look before he left and thought it was okay.
But when I pulled the racks out there were still a lot of marks on them,plus none of the racks had been pied/ washed after coming out the tank,so were covered in film.The top of the main oven didn’t look as if it had been touched at all.Neither of the bulbs had been removed for a proper clean.I complained to Matt who apologised and said he would come back the following day.This was Tuesday 16th and said he’d come back 17 th. I’m still waiting. No call!!
My cleaning lady was disgusted when I showed her the ovens this morning. She recleaned them.
£60 down the drain.
Never using Matt again and the two people who had asked me for his number this week,I’ve told them don’t bother!!
Totally unprofessional and not the way to run a business.

Matt has been cleaning my ovens for a few years now and he always does a fab job. He is punctual, great at communicating and is very professional. I would thoroughly recommend his services. Jo

Didn’t turn up twice. First time they eventually got back to me and said there’d been a family emergency - I was understanding as it can be difficult to manage such issues when running a small business. We re-booked but it was a no show again and not even a message or call to say why or to apologise. Really disappointed because when our oven was cleaned by oven plus in 2020 they did a great job - looks like it’s a business that has really gone down hill.

Did not turn up and not even the courtesy of a phone call. Rude and unprofessional. Minus any stars and obviously will not recommend. (Had to click one star before review could be completed).

We do have a nice clean oven, which is good . But ….. the no-shows, late/non arrivals at pre-booked appointments plus non-communication make me wonder how on earth this company functions.

Matt is a superstar! Turned up very slightly early (checked it was ok to come in!) then did an incredible job on our range cooker! We also had an issue which he gladly gave his knowledgeable advice and a contact. Matt is reliable, friendly and above all fantastic at his job! Thanks 5* plus and will definitely recommend to friends & family.

Cancelled first appointment, then just completely failed to turn up to the rearranged one. No contact, no nothing.

I had my single oven cleaned today and it looks brand new, the guy was very friendly highly recommended.

Just had Matt here for a particularly dirty oven, took him longer than usual, because of that. Not a problem to him, and he even changed a worn seal on the oven. Fantastic service and a pleasure to deal with him.
Highly recommended.

Excellent service very friendly and really quick

Fantastic double oven clean by Matt. He booked me in within a week, called to let me know when he was en route and overall he did a brilliant job. Matt was extremely tidy and left no mess behind. My oven now looks brand new- so pleased with the result and will definitely be using OvenPlus again.

The cleaning took just over an hour for a single oven. I am now the proud owner of a sparkling oven. He arrived on time and cleaned all the surfaces after he left. Thank you

Just had our oven and extractor cleaned by OvenPlus+ and they've done an amazing job. Everything is sparkling and squeaky clean. There's no way I'd have been able to do it as well, or as fast.

5/5 would recommend.
