I bought gloves as a present. The quality is superb. They are beautifully constructed, and well thought out. I think that they will be really warm and suit the recipient, who works outside with cameras and needs all 5 fingers. Fast delivery; The price was eye watering. I don't think I could have spent that amount of gloves for myself, but that probably says more about me than the gloves!

Ordered the North Face coat 4 days before Christmas thinking it wouldn't get here and to my surprise it did! It was a winner with my son - thank you!

Excellent service, very prompt and helpful email communications with Niamh prior to placing an order for a pair of running shoes that I couldn’t find anywhere else.as I was away from home at the time I wanted to place the order, I wanted to be reasonably sure of a delivery date to make sure I was back home. This was very helpfully arranged. Really impressed with Outsiders and will use again. Good to see that they have a physical shop too.

Recently bought an arcteryx jacket online. Express shipping (1-2 days) was provided for free as the product exceeded the minimum spend to qualify. It was ordered on the 13th of December and didn't arrive until the 23rd. My delivery was also accidentally routed to a completely different part of the UK which added about 3 days onto the wait. However, the shipping issues are more the fault of the carrier and not Outsider Store. Outsider's customer service were very helpful both times I called them. I would suggest implementing better tracking features than what is currently available.

Regardless, the jacket is perfect and I would recommend this store as a reliable place to purchase from assuming you are aware of the chance of shipping delays.

Really good website, easy to use, quick delivery it came the next day, North Face Mules are exactly what I want for my daughter, and size guide was great. And packaged well.

For me this buy will be a one time experience. Item too expensive plus extra VAT and customs (Brexit). Sorry, but never again.

Just a quick review in praise of the communication and service I received from Outsiders. I've been looking for a Nanga hat for months now. Everywhere is either out of stock or low customer ratings. I did another search and Outsiders popped up. They had the hat in stock. I'd never heard of them so I came here to see what their reviews were like. Mostly good but a few poor ones so I contacted them to ask if they had the item I was after in stock. I received a reply within about 12 hours.

I made the order over the weekend and It arrived two days later. Very happy with my interaction. Only downside was, being Black Friday season, when I replied to their email, cheekily to find out if they had any Black Friday codes. The answer was a polite no. Come on guys This is black friday season. Even a 5% off would've been great. Still very happy.

Ordered a Montbell Superior Down (really hard to find stock in the UK) Delivery was fast and item was well packaged. Selection of products is some of the best for outdoor wear. Would use again.
