First pair of sandals that have stood the test of hot weather and miles of walking. Chaco were recommended as a trusted brand on my online search for suitable holiday shoes for walking in Italy this summer. So thrilled that I took a chance and bought these online before travelling. Love the look of all the clothing and all that Outsiders has to offer. Average walking of 4 miles a day for a week in upper 20’s temperature - these sandals were the perfect fit. Fine price too!

Great selection, great customer service! I purchased from the EU and it was always made very clear that I would have to pay for customs - so no surprises at all if you take time to read all messages from the company at checkout! Will not hesitate to order again :)

Be careful with any order going to the European Union, the site clearly lacks transparency, even honesty when purchasing items. The prices seem attractive, but don't forget that you will have to add additional customs fees, which will considerably increase the initially attractive price. This is without taking into account an additional wait in the delivery of the item. The tracking number provided allows you to normally follow the transit of the purchased item... Except that mine has been stuck for over a week in customs, without knowing when it will be able to (re)leave. The only certainty is that it will cost me dearly. I would have liked to (a)seen this warning before buying.
