Awful customer service - super poor UI - clunky platform
I will start with the interface which is not user friendly at all. This platform loks to me like someone caught on a wave where there was a need for such a platform, created it super quickly without thinking of it thoroughly.
The reporting is just awful and very limited. FOr example if i want to see all the calls that my agents did during the day but remove things like no number/bad number this is not possible at all.
When there is an issue you will never get an actual reply from their CS team. They are trying to exhaust you with pointless questions and close the ticket as replied. This is not about actually offering a solution but mostly being compliant with SLAs that they have "committed" to.
The only way you can have a semi good experience with them is only if you have salesforce (which is a serious company) and due to the good integration with the two platforms you do not need to do many things within the outreach environment.
Also if you want to monitor the meetings that your SDRs are booked via reporting...well, these update after 72 hours..absolutely laughable company.
Bunch of silicon valley dreamers who fantasise a different platform when they sell it compared to what the tool can actually do.

Absolute garbage company. Bad user experience, a lot of bugs, and the staff I dealt with when I had problems were completely clueless and arrogant. I switched to Salesloft and I'm a lot happier.

This company is ridiculous, they cannot be trusted, substandard across the board. Who needs to do business with a company more concerned with the whining of one “ thing” than they are producing anything to be proud of. Maybe if they stayed off Twitter, and stayed on task, we wouldn’t be taking our business to another company.

Poor customer experience
Like many companies these days, Outreach.io makes it difficult to cancel their service. The cancelation process is buried and ultimately requires written notice. And if you miss the cancelation window, they say there is nothing they can do and charge you anyway. When companies rely on trickery rather than excellence to retain customers, buyer beware.
Outreach is absolutely the best choice you can make as a Startup for you BDR's
I have to say my first review was not good but I reached out to them in one last effort to solve our issues and they were absolutely incredible in their response. The CEO himself was instantly responsive and I am still in awe at they took the time to help a small start-up with only four seats get answers and problems solved. Even with the issues we had, it was worth the time and effort to keep working through the issues as it is the most intuitive and efficient tool for BDR's out there. Believe me, I have tried quite a few in an effort to learn which would bring the most value to my teams and Outreach is it.

We use outreach or sales enablement. Overall very user friendly, integrates well with HS and SFDC. Good overall tool with all the functionality we need. Reasonable price
Run away from this company
This company is not one you want to deal with. They are all about getting you into their billing system, but have zero support for their product. And good luck cancelling. As soon as you try to cancel, they miraculously have people available to tell you that you can't cancel. Very very unfortunate business decision we made to do business with this company
Terrible support
Terrible support. I had an urgent issue that remained unresolved for days (still unresolved, in fact). Every response from Support was vague and not helpful. They kept referring me to an article that we've reviewed at least 5 times (I sent them the article when I initially created the ticket) and followed every step. Support said the configurations were incorrect but they weren't able to tell me which part was incorrect. Their response was literally "it's not set up correctly that's why it's not syncing". I realized that....that's why I reached out. Incredibly frustrating experience. Go with Salesforce High Velocity.

I would not choose this company again.
This is honestly a super frustrating company to work with. We've been a customer for over two years. I reached out to our account executive to get a new account set up on August 27th, and it's now October 1st, and they still haven't gotten the paperwork set up. We also have no idea why it's taking so long and have not received any indication as to how much longer it will take. If you are looking for new providers for your sales technology, I would look at other options first like Drip or AutopilotHQ, because this company has been incredibly frustrating to work with.
