I order some stuff but i m very disappointed the product quality is very poor

Very bad service I ordered pants online and was not normal paints it was very large size from that I buy regular,and I wana exchange but they don’t answer my calls and are not changing my order

As the reviews before me suggest, I have had very similar experience.

If you buy something from them online on "sale" or even in general that is not what you expected, be prepared to throw it away cause they would simply refuse to give you an exchange for it. Terrible customer service and their staff is super unprofessional on top and very rigid.

Very disappointing experience with Outfitters. My wife bought a pair of shoes in size 41, which turned out to be too big for me. We requested an exchange for size 39, but it wasn't available in the same design. However, another shoe design was available in my size, and we simply asked to exchange for that instead.

Unfortunately, the staff refused, saying it was against the company's "no return, no exchange" policy, even though we weren't asking for a refund—just an exchange for another available item.

This policy is extremely rigid and unfriendly to customers. Good customer service should focus on helping customers, not hiding behind policies. I'm very disappointed with this experience and will not recommend Outfitters to anyone. People work hard for their money and deserve better after-sales service.

A good clothing store with probably the worst customer service.

We visited the Outfitters store at Giga Mall Rawalpindi yesterday. We did some shopping and while leaving we happened to drop one of the bags here. We went the next day to look for the bag. To our surprise the store had kept our bag and handed it over to us.

I ordered from Outfitters on Feb 19, 2025, received a low-quality product, and requested a return. They assured pickup in 4-5 days, but no one showed up. After multiple delays and excuses, they finally collected the parcel over two weeks later.

Then began the refund struggle. They told me I’d get my money in 15 days after confirmation on March 19, but even by April 4, nothing arrived. Now, they’re asking for another 3-5 days.

The whole process from product quality to return delays and now the refund has been a frustrating mess. Even platforms with worse reviews handle refunds faster. Never ordering from Outfitters again.
