Horrible!! I have been trying to get my refund for product that was never delivered. They would only agree to 60% refund and when I disputed that brought it up to 90%. It has been 6 months and no refund. They keep replying with automated messages about banks processing refunds slow. I have received timely refunds from other stores so there is no problem. This is a scam for sure!!

Terrible company . Said they delivered my clothes twice never received and now they won’t refund my money .

I ordered my items May 2nd. They were supposedly delivered to my home June 6th. They were not. After doing some internet sleuthing to find any sort of customer service email, they said they’d resend my items. The new package was supposedly delivered June 20th. Once again, no package has been delivered. I’ve since disputed the charge with my bank.

I placed an order on May 16. They sent an email confirmation with a tracking number. I watched the tracking information frequently. I had bought the items to take on vacation but they never arrived. I checked the tracking today, June 22, and it says delivered. I never got anything. Trying to get a hold of customer service is a complete joke. No one replies. They claim to have live chat but it’s just an auto bot that takes a message and they say they’ll get back to you. I’ve disputed this charge with my credit card company at this point.

I placed an order over a month ago but haven't received the items, even though they are marked as delivered. I have contacted your customer service team multiple times and haven't received any response. This situation gives me the impression that this may be a SCAM.

I ordered some shirts from this company. It has my tracking marked as delivered but I have received nothing. I sent an email and received no response.

I rate them no stars after one month of waiting I haven’t received anything it says package delivered but still nothing when I contacted they offered to resend my package they couldn’t refund it back 😠😠 Do Not Buy from them total scam

They are a total scam and full of stalling tactics! They don't deliver anything! And they won't refund your money—they just send emails with evasive responses.

After waiting five weeks for my product(Judy blue jeans) tracking said it was delivered and it was not because I was home all day. I contacted the company they refused to refund. They said they could resend the product in 7 to 15 days when I finally agreed to that they changed their tune and said oh we’ll have to file a complaint with the carrier and you’ll only receive 60% refund. I did not choose the lousy carrier that they used to send my product. I should get 100% refund or they should at least standby their original agreement and resend the product which they did neither. Never buy from this company.

Do Not Buy from this website. It is a scam. I bought a few items from this company. I thought I was getting a great deal only to wait over 1 month to receive Absolutely Nothing. They marked my order as complete & I never received anything. I’ve ordered from Amazon & other companies and have received my packages. This so called company is not legit. Do not buy from them, I’m sure I am not the only person they have scammed. This so called company shouldn’t receive any stars, they are scammers.
