Good lights
We are very pleased with the security lights we bought which arrived quickly after placing the order and were packed well. There was a good choice of lights and the pricing was competitive. The website was easy to navigate.

The unit was was faulty, but great service.
The unit was delivered promptly but was faulty. I emailed and asked for help. I received suggestions which I carried out but unit still did not work. When I informed Outdoor that the unit still did not work they sent a replacement immediately.

Outdoor sensor lantern
Fantastic customer service. There was a very slight defect on the outdoor lantern and Outdoor Lightening problem solved offering options enabling me to choose what worked for me. Service was prompt and the quality of the lantern is excellent.

There was an error in the delivery address caused by my self, which resulted in the item purchased being delivered to the person. Outdoors Lighting Store were quick to grasp the problem and resolve, with my items arriving in good time.
