Poor customer service
I accidentally ordered two items after not realising that the first order had gone through. Also I ordered the incorrect item which I realised when the first one arrived. I phoned to explain and was told the second item had not been posted and would be swapped to the correct item and the first item would be collected/returned. The second item arrived and it was the same as the first ( hadn’t been swapped for the correct one ) and I have heard nothing since . I realise that I messed up the order but I thought that I had sorted it with the phone call . Apparently not .

Good price, easy website, quick delivery. Would have got 5 stars if the instructions had come with the gazebo or they had answered my request to copy them and email them.

The team were really responsive to my questions before purchase regarding shipping and were really helpful in arranging the correct tax invoice for purchase and delivery outside of UK. Bought a stock tank to make a cold plunge and the product was very high quality. Highly recommend this company and their customer service.

Long wait for initial delivery.Shade ordered was as described, however it was the wrong colour. Following a reply from my email, I sent a photo of the shade. Photo reciept acknowledged but no response since.
