Did not receive our item, despite confirmation that it had been sent
Was told that out order would be delivered and we waited in all day. The tracking information seemed to then go away. We called and they said they would look into it and get back to us. We called back and was told that they couldn’t find the item in their store and they would look for it. We called back, still hadn’t found it. Told us they would carry on looking for it. We called back, and they still hadn’t found it so we asked for a refund. Not received the money yet (three days later).
