The service I received was some of the best customer care I've ever had from any online retailer. The product was as described and does the job well. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others and will certainly use them again when I have need for the products they supply.

Outdoor lighting were extremely helpful and informative, I feel that they offered an extremely personal service, Lorraine in particular I spoke to on several occasions and I would most definitely use them again in preference to any other lighting company.

I bought 2 outside lanterns which were easy to fit and look great.
There was a slight delay with one lantern and I immediately got a call from their Customer Services dept asking if I wanted them to ship the order in 2 lots at their expense. Very impressed with Customer Services.

The response to my telephone call was very quick and effective. The answers came with alternative options. On placing the order and requesting info on when it could be delivered, we were advised Thurs/Friday with efforts to be made for Thursday. Unit arrived, very well packaged, on Thursday.
Jury is out as ti the unit itself as it is working in daylight so we'll wait over weeken to gain more experience.

My outdoor light did not arrive and I was promptly sent a replacement. Excellent after sales support

I live in coastal area where sea salt damages the outside of house. Lady on phone was very helful suggesting lights for outside. Electrian who fitted was very impressed with lights. Overall very helpful service, good price, very robust with good looks.

After an initial disappointment when we were told that delivery would take longer than anticipated, we were delighted when the lights actually arrived earlier than expected. Lorraine was absolutely fantastic, liaising with the manufacturers, chasing the delivery down and keeping us informed all the way. And the lights are exactly what we wanted and wonderful quality too! We had ordered some post lights on the internet and been let down as the manufacturers deleted the line. Having seen a very similar pedestal lights on the Outdoor Lighting Centre site ,we contacted them to see if they were able to supply them. The sales person advised us that the line had been discontinued but that there were 5 remaining at the factory which they would order for us. We were told immediately that this could take 3 weeks and were concerned that they would arrive when we were on holiday. This was not a problem as the OLC were happy to hold them for us until we advised them that we were home.
When I rang to say we had arrived back the person who answered the phone recognised my name and without any further detail from me, knew the exact nature of my call and remarkably, the status of the order. Within days we had received our lights, which were exactly as described and arrived without any breakage.
We were very happy with the service received and would not hesitate to recommend the company to others.

The item purchased, an exterior lamp, was received on time and the product matched the description and was exactly what I wanted.
