I love this website! I have a preference for YarnArt yarn, and here I can reliably get what I need, with the range growing all the time. Prices are fair, delivery excellent, I have made probably over 10 orders now, with one on the way :D I would highly recommend.

I think this is the second time I have bought from this retailer; which signifies I was 100% satisfied first time. This time round, I am more than 100% satisfied based on the customer care (a personal email to explain that only 8/9 balls of my chosen yarn was available with matching dye lot and checking whether or not I wished to continue with the order or would I prefer to cancel & have a refund?). Found Our Little Craft Co on Google when looking for a specific yarn brand for a pattern I have, was really impressed with the website and choice, great prices too. Delivery was super fast and the packaging was so lovely within a pretty organza drawstring bag - a lovely touch. Really impressed and will be first place to call for my next order. A lovely small business. One of the very few places I could find Yarnart Jeans yarn, and at a great price.
The delivery cost is around the same as most large stores and the standard is Royal Mail 48hrs tracked, so is actually faster. There is also a 24hr tracked option. You can see the delivery prices at the very bottom of the site, unlike so many other sites where you have to choose everything first only to find at the check out that the delivery is too high.
It was picked, packed and sent the same day, and with great communication.
There's lots of products for a small business, all competitively priced. Much cheaper for yarn and hooks than buying on 'you know where'!

I recently found this Company on the website looking for specific yarn. The prices are very good and they despatch orders quickly, even between the Christmas holidays. I would definitely recommend them and will be buying from them in the future.
