I was so happy with it I purchased two more. Can’t wait to receive the other two and they ship out very promptly. I love their website gives great ideas.

I was very upset when my mother opened her birthday present to find it Covered in dirt / mud and barnacles and the rope wasn’t tied. How embarrassing!!!! I spent hours cleaning it.... not impressed.

They didn’t let me know that the product I ordered was unavailable until I called them to find out when it would be delivered. Then I chose another product and was told that they would get back to me in the next couple days if it was available; I have not heard from them. All this time they have $435 of my money. Today I requested a return of my money.

We were wanting to replace the slipcovers on our Newport sofa and loveseat after six years - the fabric and cushions had held up but we were looking for a different color. I really appreciated the chat service and the swatches we requested arrived in less than a week. After six years of daily use the cushions have maintained their integrity. The upholstery is beautifully sewn and has withstood numerous washings. I would recommend a fade resistant fabric if there are a lot of windows in the room.
