I had a bit of difficulty with my order, it took just under 4 weeks to come (ordered on 24th November, finally arrived today 21st December) I sent 2 emails to the seller but they don't seem to respond to them. I found phoning to be the best way to contact them. The first time I rang them they didn't pick up and there's no answerphone either, but they did ring me back that evening and said they would look into my order, I didn't hear anything more for a few days so I rang again and this time the lady answered the phone, was very apologetic and said she would send it out that day, it then arrived 2 days later (today) I'm happy with my purchase and the price I paid for it but not really sure what happened to make my order so late. Things happen though and it's a busy time of year so I may try them again and see if things run more smoothly next time.

Order process/system was good. The delivery commitment was second class via Royal Mail. Had an update from the Oudh Shop to say it was shipped on 30 Nov but parcel didn’t arrive till 8 December. The www address is for the Uk but think they may be located off shore.
The products are nicely packaged but don’t know how nice the scents are until they are opened at Christmas!

We ordered and it said that it would reach to us in 3-4 working days and it came extremely late - almost a week later. packaging was good but delivery was extremely disappointing

One star is too much. I ordered few items on 23 Nov, and so far not received. Sent few emails and no reply.
I twill advice everyone not to order from this company, as it look like fraud company

Really delighted with the smell of Aroosa perfume. It’s light and fresh. Comes in a pretty red bottle. Delivered within a week of ordering.

Arrived damaged and smelling like vodka. Not great.

I only received 1 part of my order and have been calling for the last three weeks for answer and still nothing.. :(

I wouldn't go back to buying conventional perfumes again. I will ever now buy oils. They are not only different but their longevity is just extraordinary. Just beautiful 😍

It's been 4 weeks now and I'm still chasing a product that hasn't come and i have called and emailed numerous amount of times. Have you just taken my money then or?

I have ordered 3 parfums, but only received 2 what were damage.
I have try to email them but not answer.

The perfumes smells so good my order was a bit muddled but it was okay because there sorted it out

I had a bit of a shaky start with this company . I had order through an online auction site and original order seemed to dissappear and I was getting nowhere.
I approached Oudh directly and the difference was like chalk and cheese!
They proved to be attentive and kept me in touch all the way through and goods actually arrived before time !
