I was given no email confirmation of my item being shipped. Took 2 weeks to arrive and when it did, the wrong product arrived. I have no use for this product and have been trying to contact them religiously regarding a refund / exchange yet I cannot get through to anyone via all customer service routes. Only giving 2 stars because something actually arrived

Havent recieved item. Communication is poor and have not been able to get in touch with anyone to query

There should be an option for zero stars. I ordered and never received my items. Currently under dispute with my PayPal. After 2 weeks of ordering they sent me a fake tracking number that didn’t even work. Don’t waste your money.

Firstly.

Ordered EXPRESS DELIVERY (1-2 working days) and paid £6.49, but got sent ROYAL MAIL 2ND CLASS *FREE DELIVERY* and arrived on the 4th working day after dispatch, which took 2 days! Lol they "put a note" on my order saying it was dispatched by *Royal Mail 2nd class*, and at the bottom of my order details in the same email it says "express delivery - £6.49" what joke.

Secondly.

Ordered 2 items, one was correct, and the other was the completely wrong item. THE WRONG PERFUME THEY SENT ME ISN'T EVEN ON THEIR WEBSITE!! And... the correct perfume they *should* have sent me is IN STOCK! Leading me to believe they bought the wrong item from another shop and sent it to me lol embarrassing.

So.

I got robbed of £6.49 and a perfume I was looking forward to gift my wife for Eid ul Adha that just passed. And it's the wrong perfume. I got robbed of money and sent one wrong item, theft and dishonesty ever prevalent considering the poor performance of this company as of recent. Theft and dishonesty.

Eid Mubarak indeed. This is the last time I order and support this shop.

I should have read the reviews again since I last did a year ago, it never used to be this bad.

Do me a favour everyone, do not order from this company again. If you do, expect the completely wrong item, or not to receive it at all, and don't order it other than with FREE DELIVERY.

I'm giving it 2 stars because it was a blessing having received it at all.

the product itself is absolutley outstanding the oils smell better than my Creed Aventis I have at home the projection is tremendous, Top, and mid and base notes are so sharp and fresh and crisp. I would reccomend the oils to any man who really appreciates fine fragrances but at a fraction of the cost. I

Only downside is that it took about 10 days to arrive.

Haven’t received my order. Have tried to contact them with no response. Wish I’d read the reviews first.

AVOID this place I paid for next day delivery. Nobody answers the phone nobody emails back. I’ve been waiting 2 months now !!!! AVOID

It's been 2 weeks. I ordered this for my mum's birthday which has since passed and so has the "3-4 business days "it takes to deliver. The order tracking still shows processing and I've contacted the company. There has been no response. I have no clue what has happened to my 20 quid.

Dodgy company. Takes your money and doesn't send order out. Check all the negative reviews

Wish I had checked Trustpilot before placing order which has not yet arrived and judging by comments on here is unlikely to. Like others I have emailed - no response and today I tried phoning only to receive a message stating that the phone number given on the site does not exist!
I have placed this purchase in dispute with my card company as it would appear that the Oudh Shop is no longer trading but seems to be able to take your money.
Seriously recommend avoiding this company's website.

I’ve ordered from this shop multiple times before and I was never disappointed however this time I am not happy at all. I’ve order a perfume and payed through clearpay, I have finished paying all the installments and still haven’t received my perfume. I ordered Igrah, Adyan on Monday 13th May and still haven’t received it. I’ve called, emailed, messages I’ve done everything. Where is my perfume?

I ordered on the 26th April and have not received my item until nearly a month later (21st may if i wrote my review few days later over a month and i know i wont have my item till then) tried calling their contact no. continuously for 2 weeks no one answered the call sent a dozen emails no reply. hated it never buying from them again.fake

This company is absolutely amazing fast dispatch and delivery was spot on great perfume customer service was amazing i see lot of people saying they can't reach the boss i dail there number they answer the phone in less than a few minutes, i visted there website it was absolutely amazing value for money,
They explained there website was getting better new look with more exciting perfume at amazing price
