I had ordered some fragrances recently…
I had ordered some fragrances recently and one of the perfumes was out of stock, as the store called me up personally to say that they would put another in the order in exchange for the one that was out of stock....which I was very happy with the service and personal touch to making sure you get what you paid for and going above and beyond to make their customers happy...I would recommend them to friends and family also and would definitely order from them again. Great quality perfumes
Great quality perfumes. I ordered rose vanilla and blue sapphire and they smelt great, especially once it was mixed in with your own skin scent. Will definitely order again.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience! Customer service is 10/10 had slight issue was solved in seconds quick responding time was really happy with customer service, I spoke to parveen was great such a sweet and lovely girl. The scent was 10/10 it was beautiful, came packaged well, will definitely shop again!!!

I would defo recommend
I made my first order 2 weeks ago and had to make my 2nd soon after, the ouds smell beautiful and last on clothes for weeks. And I received great customer service from them as they ran out of what I ordered and had to swap, very nice, and quick.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience! Ordered after seeing on an advert and was so pleased! Customer service is 10/10! The scent I ordered was vanilla and rose and when I say it’s beautiful I mean it’s beautiful!!
I accidentally ordered two and they contacted me to check if I had made a mistake! Loved that they pay so much attention to detail. The packaging is so luxe and my order came so quickly within a few days! Can’t wait to order again!

Amazing Perfumes Affordable & Great Service.
This has been my best experience ordering from an online Oudh store. Their customer service is great. When I have ordered and items are out of stock the owner will contact me and offer alternatives. I will definitely be making more orders.
