I ordered a cake a day prior to the date i want to recieve it without a rush, but still, i recieved it late and in addition to what i have paid, before they deliver the cake they asked me to pay another $15 for the delivery fee.. sending me some screenshot that the shop and delivery address were far, but when i recieved the cake it was different from what i have ordered and i found out that the shop was actually very near to my delivery address. NOT AGAIN.

Truly grateful to this flowershop for preparing and delivering my gift for my loved one on time. I'm a customer from overseas and yet they were able to understand and deliver my order. You made my boyfriend's day memorable. Thank you.

Reserved a fruit basket as a birthday gift for someone living in Istanbul 2 days prior, and was delivered on the day I reserved at the right location in timely manner.

I like the variety of flower arrangements. I like the option to gift flowers and sweet treats too. Regarding customer service, I found the team to be very understanding and helpful when my US credit card was not working properly. The deliveries were always on time and trouble-free. I have made numerous purchases and every one pleased the recipient. I have had a positive experience every time, and I will continue to purchase floral arrangement here.
