First spoke to Hans and his team in November 2021. I already had a pending case for almost a year and a half. They advised on best course of action and in just 6 months I got a positive decision yesterday. It was such a pleasure to have them as my representatives. I applied for a skilled migrant visa and was refused on the grounds of false representation with a 10 year automatic refusal. My whole world turned upside down when I got to know the refusal and the 10 year ban for a mistake I did on the application form. I was extremely stressed and was looking for legal advice. I got in touch with multiple solicitors and the initial response wasn’t that convincing but with Hans, in the initial conversation itself he clarified it’s an unfair decision and I have good grounds to go for an AR.

After having hired a previous lawyer who was more expensive and wasn’t responsive my immigration application was hitting a dead end and I’ve been told there’s nothing more can be done. Not accepting that, I searched for another lawyer and I spoke to many but am happy I stumbled upon OTS and especially Mariam Ahmed. Hans supported our response to the Home Office on Deportation case, relating to a very complicated immigration situation. He provided a very robust response to Home Office which detailed clearly a very complicated timeline of events, but incorporated a very good defence based on the practicality of the law enabling a strong ground for contention.

Many lawyers heard the details of this case and shared how difficult this case would be to fight, but Hans stood firm and provided us confidence that he would review all the details and counteract all point poised on this case with the potential impact of deportation. After a period of 30 years, with the strong legislative support from Hans; we were able to provide a concise argument to Home Office that finally provided us with a favourable response agreeing to our argument of contending against deportation and allowing for British citizenship to be granted/remained.
