Your purchase is absolutely perfect for sweater weather, where you really need to snuggle up in soft and warm clothes.
Regarding the delivery, we are sorry to read that you experienced problems. Once a carrier has tried to deliver a package with home delivery without success, the package will automatically be delivered to the nearest parcel shop - unfortunately we cannot change this, as it is the carrier's procedure. Anyways we do hope, that you are pleased with your new sweater❤️
