I placed order almost a month ago for a shirt I needed for a Halloween party. Still havent gotten it. Said would be here in 12 to 25 days with production, still nothing. Will never order from them again. Very disappointed and will not refund my money. Very poor customer service. Don't order from them.

Shirts were delivered and arrived exactly as described! Customer service is excellent and responds in a reasonable time! I will be placing another order with confidence!

I have only ordered from Otakuplan twice. I will not hesitate to order from them again. The second time they sent me the wrong shirt. I contacted them via email & they responded the next day. They not only sent me the correct item, but let me keep the first shirt they sent me. Their customer service & timeliness in getting this resolved was great.

Avoid these Scammers.

I've ordered a Master Chief shirt in MARCH and I haven't hear back from them in MONTHS. No shipping, no shipping update, no email reaching out. I had to fight, HARD, to get my refund.

I'm pretty sure I was scammed!! Ordered two polos a month ago and have received nothing!! I have tried to contact them to no avail!! Pretty pissed off about this. If anyone has reliable contact information for them, please share!!

I absolutely LOVE Otakuplan! I was not only able to order my son's favorite anime on a t-shirt, but I also was able to customize one of them on this purchase! I got them sooner than expected and omg I never thought I'd be so happy to see Pan from DBZ in my entire life! 😂 I WILL BE ORDERING A LOT MORE! 5 STARS! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered a Deadpool 2 hoodie and received the Deadpool instead. The company sent the correct one and told me to keep the first one at no charge. It came eight days after Christmas but worth the wait. I also ordered a Charmander hoodie which I received well before Christmas and the recipient said it was his favorite present.

Its a scam company! Ordered an ugly sweater waaaaay before Christmas still hasnt arrived. Wonder what i got instead? an Email asking me to rate the product, which i havnt even recieved, 4 stars or above to get a 30% discount.

Had to then ask them myself where my product was just to get told that my address was wrong. Never had that issue before so i highly doubt that that is true.

Ordered twice and very satisfied with both of my orders. 2 of 3 shirts have a defect but their customer service was very responsive and sent replacement right away.

Shipment is slow (take about 20 days) but I knew this going in. So it's not a problem for me.

I saw this site online and took a chance. My emails were answered. My package came with the proper product, the right size, and the quality was great. I ordered it on the 3rd of December and it came 2 days before Christmas!! My son is over the moon!! I will definitely be ordering again soon!

Customer service was amazing, and the shipping was pretty fast, I’ve gotten 4 hoodies from them so far and they’ve all came out amazing! My last one was to thick and big and they are sending me a new one and only paid 30% of price which is a steal and told me I can keep my other one. Defiantly recommend, it’s not a scam they communicate with you, and shipping times, etc… great company and good products!

Paid via PayPal. Thank God, put in claim and they will refund.
After thirteen days there was no email, no confirmation of any kind but credit card was charged right away via PayPal. I emailed the seller but have heard nothing since.
Stay far away.

Awesome! My Ultraman hoodie arrived just in time for Halloween. Looks great with my mask!

Got my items only one of which was wrong because i didn't like how it looked for colorwise but contacted them about my issue and they were nice to help me out and send me a new one with the color fixed, and the materials for both the cloak and kimono are so nice, anything else I need I'll shop again from them.

My items were exactly as advertised, Zach gave me regular updates,I am extremely satisfied with this order,it couldn't have been better service.
They have items not offered on other sites.
I will be a repeat customer.thanks again,Zach!

Absolutely amazing customer service. I received my order but the sweatshirt didn't fit. The company offered me a refund and I received it very quickly. Amazing company. Would love to do business with again.

Top-notch service! When I ordered a Superman shirt from this site, the initial product came out too dark and shadowy for my liking. I contacted customer service about it, and requested a replacement shirt with brighter coloring. They quickly got to work, and when I received my new shirt, it turned out perfectly! These folks are courteous, caring, and professional!
