Osum AI is seriously lacking in capabilities. If you are a junior marketer with very little experience, this may be helpful. However, if you are experienced and have years of experience in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing, this tool will be disappointing. I wish I could get my money back. This is a total rip-off.

I reached out to Osum after discovering an unauthorized annual subscription charge on my account. I would have expected customer support being concerned about the comprised account and amenable to a refund given the circumstances. Instead, I was emailed a terse, unsatisfactory, “Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Please note that our policy does not provide refunds.” I don’t know if this was an automated response or they simply do not care / understand how scammy this is. The email also wasn’t signed by a real person.

This has been horrible customer service and I’d caution anyone against using this fraudulent company.

I trialed Osum, and while impressive I was not ready to convert to a paid subscription. Several months later, I realized I was being charged $250 A MONTH. Their model locks you into a paid subscription if you don’t cancel after the trial, without any email notifications reminding you of this or confirming once you are charged. I understand it was partially my mistake not catching the charges sooner, but when I brought this to their attention, they took little to no responsibility. For context, they charged me for 6 months and only refunded 1. Meaning, I lost about $1k with ZERO use of their software. No wonder I was struggling to make ends meet during that time, I thought it was just because my rent increased.

I highly recommend users go into any use of Osum aware of this. They will take your money and not say a word, so make sure you are more vigilant than I was as you will need to look out for yourself when working with this company.

I went on to use the trial and cancelled in the same day after seeing it did not function as well as Chat gpt. I was then charged the same day for the full purchase price. I have not found a phone number and the email has not yielded anything but an auto reply. I used the product same day and cancelled. They will not refund my money. This is a scam and or may someone please reach out to me directly to send my money back? This is very sad when you are taking over $1,200 from someone's account for a product they started a trial on and then when found out 10 days later form my bank will not return the money.

Thank you so much for your reply. As soon as the money is returned I'll be happy to update my review. I have reached out on the following dates: October 8th, October 10th, October 19th, the bank reached out for the first time around the 21st of October and you rejected the refund. This has been going on for over a month so I had to dispute with my bank to keep moving forward. Yesterday, I reached out in any way I could Linkdin, your email, and trusted pilot to try and get someone's attention. Thank you for responding and also thank you again for getting back to me and for cooperating to return the funds! As soon as I have them back in the account I will update my review to let everyone know you returned the funds.
