Easy online ordering, beer lives up to description & is excellent. I wanted a west coast style IPA that dropped clear, not like orange juice. Ossett had 2! These are now go to summer beers for me.

Great brewery
Great beer promptly and efficiently delivered to my door. I really like Ossett and drink it often at my pub in Gateshead.

The jury is out?
Haven't tried the beers yet but service is ok.A bit pricey on delivery and their discount code didn't work with no reply from the brewery.
Will only order again if the beers are good.

Great quality beer, I ordered Barghest and it was delivered smoothly and without any issues.

Almost every time cans arrived damaged
Almost every time cans arrived damaged. I had no response to last request from previous delivery. This delivery - again boxes arrived wet with dented cans.

The package I picked up recently had…
The package I picked up recently had been damaged. I let somebody at Ossett know I they were quick to get back to me apologising and offering some recompense.
I think maybe some sturdier packaging/fragile stickers might help. On the whole happy with my experience.

Really good apart from the tracking on…
Really good apart from the tracking on SHOP wasn’t very clear . Slow at letting you know , so I phoned Ossett brewery to find out when the gift was due to be collected/ delivered.
Happy with the response and the gift was well received.

I'm very pleased.
I'm very pleased as has been the case with previous orders with which the whole process is handled. Quick, efficient and fuss free, which is all you can ask for when looking forward to your next glass of your favourite brew. 😊 Excellent throughout.

excellent selection of proper beers…
excellent selection of proper beers made by people who really know what they are doing, it's a really well designed site that makes it very easy to buy what you want and the delivery process is very fast indeed. I went for the hells lager and it really does stand up against it's German counterparts, something a brithis brewer usually has great difficulty with.

The beers were all lovely (as usual with Ossett). Did have an issue with Parcelforce delivering my order, but that isn't the Breweries fault.
