Excellent professional space for exam

I had my exam yesterday at the location in Limeharbour London. The experience was good all around. The space allowed me to focus on my exam and the lovely man who booked me in was friendly and professional. I passed my exam which was a bonus

I was experiencing difficulty with remote assessment access

I was experiencing difficulty with access to remote assessments which resulted in not being able to use the practice assessment scheduled. This was a PSI secure browser issue which they couldn't pr wouldn't resolve.
So I contacted Osborne and they've kindly agreed to allow me to sit the exam instead in their canary wharf assessment centre so I didnt lose my funds altogether knowing the actual assessment previously booked wouldn't work.

Check before enrolling

A terrible course provider - be wary!!
The company is not CPD accredited meaning that the course content is only checked by Osborne Training and the course has errors and outdated material.
Refund. They refuse to refund although they were advised within 14 days. They use the incentive of the tablet as a reason not to refund regardless of when it is received.
They offered an additional one months training - unsure why I would use this when the course is not fit for purpose.
Advised corrections - not rectified.
I regret ever enrolling and would recommend researching the company and their terms and conditions before paying for a course.
Updated:
The core course content has errors as well as the Beta Trial. They are fully aware of this as I have advised them.
I have posted once. I started the course on the 11th of March and cannot see any other reviews that they are accusing me of posting.
The course cancellation and refund request was on the 23rd of March. They were given the opportunity to correct the MAIN COURSE CONTENT. They did not hence the legal requirement to refund.
I am happy for them to advise Trust Pilot I have posted several posts. It is completely untrue and easy to see on the reviews they have received. This is defamatory and they are trying to discredit me so that my comments are irrelevant.
As requested I have again advised that the course was cancelled within 14 days. And the complaints department are ignoring me once again, as they have no more excuses. If they ever reply, I will update.

Accreditation
The Total Taxation course you enrolled on is not advertised as accredited. It is delivered as a standalone vocational training programme, and all core materials are created, reviewed, and updated internally by our academic team.

Course Content
The core course materials remain available in full. The items you referred to as “removed” were optional Beta trial resources that were temporarily made available to gather learner feedback. These were not part of the advertised curriculum or the course specification. After reviewing feedback, including yours, we removed the Beta items to avoid confusion and ensure all learners follow the same verified content.

Refund Request
Your refund request was declined because it fell outside the 14‑day cooling‑off period. As this did not occur, we were unable to process a refund.

Additional Support
The offer of an additional month of access was made as a goodwill gesture to support your learning, not as a replacement for course quality.

We understand that this situation has been frustrating for you, and we respect your right to share your experience. If you would like to discuss anything further or provide additional evidence for review, our complaints team remains available to assist.

We also wanted to make you aware of an important point regarding the reviews you have posted. We have identified that multiple reviews have been submitted about the same course under different names. Trustpilot’s guidelines require that each customer leaves one genuine review based on their own experience, and posting multiple reviews under different identities is not permitted under their platform rules.

We are not asking you to remove your feedback — you are fully entitled to share your experience — but we do need to ensure that all reviews comply with Trustpilot’s policies. If multiple reviews continue to be posted under different names, Trustpilot may remove them or take action on the account, as this is considered a breach of their terms.

We wanted to bring this to your attention so you are fully informed and can avoid any issues with your Trustpilot account.

Look elsewhere for training

What a bunch of pirates, training is not accredited and staff/ tutors offer no assistance and then ignore complaints and when someone reviews them they simply complain.

When querying about the course I was…

When querying about the course I was just sent copy and paste generic answers from their website rather than actually being provided the answers to the questions I was asking. Sohail was very unhelpful with answering specific questions which is outrageous considering the ridiculous prices they charge
