The shoes I ordered are way too small. I ordered them from my husband. He tried them on, and no way very uncomfortable tried riding to the Company. They have not wrote back, so I think I got scammed and I’m stuck with them. Do not order from this company.

I ordered a size 8.5, but I received a size 9.5. Before they will even consider an exchange, they require me to send them the following:
1. Clear photos of all items received.
2. Clear photos showing the size of the item. If the size isn't marked on the item, I need to provide a clear photo of the item itself.
3. A clear photo of the shipping label to verify whether this is the parcel they sent.
I can’t believe the demands they are making! If there were an option for a negative rating, I would give it a -5.
To top it all off, they want me to ship the shoes to China—China! They originally sent the shoes from Ohio via USPS, and they would only consider issuing a 10% refund after they receive the shoes, with no guarantee of getting my original shoes back.

How can this company operate in the USA?

The company sent the wrong size (9.5 not 8.5.) The rep says they were measured in China before sending. The shoes didn’t fit - too large. Offered 10% refund - really? Do not order from this company as they do not provide 100% customer satisfaction:(

I ordered 9W and got 36 and 42, very visible difference. customer service said orders are checked thoroughly before shipped. NOT!!

These trainers have better ankle padding and breathability at half the price. Color hasn’t faded after 20+ washes.

The suede loafers have precise stitching and a luxe lining. After 4 months, the soles show minimal wear.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes size 9. I received 2 pair size nine, but the sizes were not consistent or equal to a us size 9. They were both to short. One more than the other. I followed their instructions for a return. Sent pictures as they asked. They're reply was I ordered size nine and that's what we sent. They also said "Maybe someone in your family could wear them." I'm so upset. I let them know my disappointment in their company would pass my feelings on to the world. DO NOT BUY from ORTHOWALKWAY. SCAM.

Reached CA in 9 days with no customs fees. Seller provided real-time tracking updates.

I really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The tongue of one shoe fell off because it was only had one stitch. Lame responses, packaging, photos may be different than actual shoe. Just alot of bull. I sent the requested photos, yet couldn't supply the bag packaging and labels. Why would I save them? I mistakenly thought I was dealing with a respectable company. I was greatly disappointed.

If I could give this brand half a star, I would. Bought shoes with no support, which started falling apart soon after I got them. First a grommet came out of one of the lace holes, then the hole ripped completely, then the soles went thin, then the entire right heel broke apart completely. Total trash. Never again.

Do not, please I repeat: do not buy from these scammers! What you order is not what you’ll get! They say 100% satisfaction guarantee, NOT TRUE. They will only offer you back15% refund back. The product was was worthless. Dollar Tree has better sandals then what they sent me. Keep your money!!

Shoes are made of very cheap material and have absolutely no support. To return them, I am suppose to take pictures, no only of the shoes, but the mailing label. If you are EVER going to tey this brand, do so through Amazon where you have some protection.

I started writing Orthowalkway the day I received my sandals ( which were horrible quality) on 4/1/2025
After 2 messages they asked for a photo of the sandals & the packaging which I sent( even though they had my order # to confirm all of this)
I sent the photos on 4/7/2025.
Now on 4/8/2025 they are offering a 15% refund even though I keep asking for a return address & label

DO NOT BUY !! This company also goes by the name THEORTHOWALK. The website states they are based in Australia. There is nowhere to review it on it's website. That should have been a redflag.I bought 3 pairs of sandals worth $110.78 on 3/8/25. They arrived on 3/22/25. They are flimsy and of hard, cheap plastic material. Nothing Ortho about them at all! Very Uncomfortable. On 3/31/25 I emailed the company to return my items.(They ask that you contact them to be given the return address0. They asked me to send a picture of the shoes and the shipping label on the package, which I did. They then told me that they would not return the shoes and that I would get a 20% refund and get to keep the shoes. When I called them out on not stipulating on the website that there are no returns, they asked me if I was willing to pay for the return shipping and gave me an address in China and again asked if I am sure I want to ship the shoes back instead of getting a 20% refund!! At this point I have a feeling I will waste more money shipping the shoes back and won't get a refund. I will just count my losses.

I also wish I had looked up actual reviews before I purchased sandals on theorthowalk.com. They are not the same sandal as what is pictured on the website: the actual ones have much thinner soles, much less arch support, are made of cheap plastic-like leather (if it's really leather), the colors are not the same as what is shown online (colors are not heathered/soft, the "orange" is actually Peptobismal pink), and the toxic smell is awful.

I ordered and included expedited shipping, my package arrived in 2 weeks. Shoes are terrible quality. I started the return process. It took 4 days to get a response then I was required to photograph the shoes and packaging. And now another 4 days have passed and no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

The shoes are awful. Terrible quality. Uncomfortable. Not as they appear. It is a scam. You can't return the shoes. You can't contact the company. It is all smoke and mirrors. They come from China and once you buy them, you have them. Awful. Waste of Monday. Very frustrated

I purchased a pair of Orthowalkway slip-on shoes in late December '24 and could not track their shipment to me. When I contacted Customer Service in late January '25,
I asked for redelivery. When I received the shoes in late February, they were smaller than the size I ordered and all labels were in Chinese without the size identified. When I contacted Customer Service I was told that I had to pay for the shipment to their warehouse in China. Using the same packaging, I received a UPS shipping cost of $110 for shoes that cost me $40. Customer Service told me that the best they could do was to refund 20% of my cost and for me to give away the shoes. I feel that Orthowalkway was deceptive in not telling me that their return policy would require me to pay cost for shipping to China was more than double the cost of the shoes.

Product workmanship & quality of materials is horrible! Customer service is nonexistent as you're unable to make a return. The website inaccurately states that all emails are returned in 24 hrs., however I've been trying to return my sandals for a month and no one has responded to [any of my emails. THIS COMPANY IS INDEED A SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! THEY ARE STEALING MONEY.
