I bought a pack of 30 type IIR face masks. The masks themselves reek of bleach. Of all the face masks I've purchased over the years from different places I've never came across any that smell as strongly as these. They will be thrown out because I don't want to be breathing in through something that smells like that.

Overall satisfied with the masks ordered. Easy fit and do not fall off ears.Prompt delivery. Well packaged.

However, once again one of the masks had stuck firmly at the string end to the inside of the plastic!

Ordered these masks because they were made in UK and expected to pay more for this. One box was damaged on arrival and it states on box do not use if so. I immediately contacted customer service, but no response, then a second time and still no response. Then I receive a review request, I understand these things happen, but it’s how you react to put things right, sadly nothing in this case, so I’ve paid £19.98 & p&p for one box of 50 masks, disappointing.

Did Well: Purchasing was straightforward, and order arrived swiftly.
Room for Improvement: Boxes of 50 Facemasks were not sealed and packaging was just a plastic cover so boxes arrived out of shape and dusty (a problem when it comes to hygienic surgical face masks!)

Very good masks, fast delivery. Excellent company.

These are the best 11r masks on the market! Made entirely in Britain, I have been buying them first some years. I find the Customer Service very good, for some reason my address got mixed up , I found a phone number for this firm and the gentleman I spoke to could not have been more helpful, he personally made sure all was updated....some years ago I had the wrong colour masks sent,( i can't wear black for work) again , i spoke to this gentleman ( i think he may be the boss..) he not only sent more out immediately but told me to keep the original black ones! Excellent service and product! Cannot recommend enough!

Not happy ....

Items ordered incorrect, no response from Orpian

I have ordered twice from orpian. Both orders were almost £90. Both times they have sent me out of date masks for Jan 2023! I have emailed them twice and have not received a reply. On my second order, I even put a note saying that they had sent out of date masks, and that this time I did not want the same this time. They still sent out of date masks, and some even had no expiry date on them.
It's unacceptable!

I bought medical masks on the 9th AUG 23 and they sent me masks with an expiry date of Jan 2023! They are well out of date. I have sent them emails regarding the out of date masks I received and have asked for my money back but they have not responded. I would advise people not to use this company.
Note: Since my review the company has been back to me and apologised as I should never have received these masks and it was a mix up over the emails. They have refunded my money and have acted in a very professional way and I have changed my review to 5 stars to reflect that.
