Don't touch them no goods delivered no communication terrible way to treat customers

Scam company. Ordered nested side tables 2 months ago. No delivery, no tracking number, no email or phone response. Do NOT order from this company. Have opened a claim through the bank

Ordered a coffee table on line. The order was processed and the money taken from my credit card. After a couple of weeks I tried to find out when delivery could be expected. Failed to get a response by telephone and email. Eventually I filed a claim with my credit card company and have received a refund.

Dreadful company, take your money and don't deliver any goods. No communication in over 1 month. I have tried countless email and calls!!

Placed order in good faith at end of September. Confirmed by email, few days later another email to say orders delayed and since then nothing. Tried two phone numbers which are disconnected and no reply to emails. Have raised this with PayPal.

Ordered 6 weeks ago. Multiple calls and emails with no response. I had to Google to find a number for them. The number on the website is disconnected

SCAM AND FRAUD

This company looks like it doesn't even exist. I have not yet received my order and I have not been able to get a reply from my emails. I feel extremely upset with this service and people should avoid them.

Orderd a rug in September sent multiple emails for an update and still haven’t heard anything I feel scammed by the coMpany I want my hard earned money back or the product I’ve bought!!!!!

Has anybody got any useful numbers or ways to get hold of them? This is ridiculous. Iv emailed, called, no reply. I ordered 10 days ago.

We purchased the Asiatic Katherine Carnaby Coast CS06 Cream rug and received it in Jan 2022. It was absolutely stunning, everything we wanted and more. Sadly it was all downhill after that. We expected the rug to shed some fluff as that's what wool rugs and carpets do, but this rug has a very open weave that gives the pattern and rather than shed fluff it just seems to "unravel" leaving woolen hairs sticking up everywhere - and time did not improve the situation.
In May large tufts started to stick up ~ only a few ~ but it seems to be getting worse. We contacted ORNATUS by e-mail but get very few responses - eventually spoke to Trish, who was very polite but said she would have to take it up with a senior member of staff (understandable). I had sent some images and they agreed to provide a replacement but because we were going on holiday they asked me to let them know when we were back, in the meantime they would order a replacement ready.
I advised them when home - then - nothing again. In August I contacted them again and told them we were just not happy the rug had become worse and their after sales was useless and ineffective ad asked for a refund. In line with consumer law they advised I only had 30 days to return an item for a refund (not quite sure if a valid assessment could be made in 30 days?)
Phil e-mailed back and advised he would have a replacement by the first week of September and would send it straight away ~ It's October 11th and we've had no communication.
I spent 20 years working with companies providing training in good business practices ~ Cost; Quality; Delivery and Service - ORNATUS would fail on many levels.
I'm convinced their customer service policy is - Fob customer off and delay as long as possible, with luck they will give up.

Ordered some furniture several weeks ago and heard nothing from this awful company since. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. Taken my money and ran with it. Wish I had read the reviews on here before buying from them. Avoid them at all cost!!

I would just like to update my review on this company, they have refunded my money for a rug that I ordered just wish the correspondence had been better I am grateful for the refund.

Phone line goes straight to voicemail which no one responds to; online chat function is always offline and again 0 response to; 0 response to multiple emails. My order is over 2 months late with 0 response from customer service on the status. Must be a scam.

Ordered rug in early September and it has not been delivered despite promises. Now not answering our emails and phone calls. We have requested refund but have heard nothing from them. Surely this must be fraud?
Do not order from them.

Finally, when all hope was fading, nerves were frayed and stress was looming, a rug arrives via Parcel Force. Almost a month since ordering and to my surprise not from Ornatus but from a company in Stoke. So, the order was finally fulfilled, however if Ornatus had been more transparent about the unwelcome delay rather than the tall tales, then frustration could have been avoided. Rug is to specification ordered.

Absolutely awful experience. I bought a navy carper and the product that got delivered was no where close to the pictures and description. The whole returns process is incredible painful as well. Product returned over 3 weeks ago and i am yet to receive a refund. The phone number on the website is a farce as no one ever answers the call and i've not sent 2 emails with no response. Much better places to buy home furnishings. Save yourself the time and effort and steer well clear of this company.

I ordered 2 items late September and was told via their website that I would get them delivered within 3 days. 3 days later, I sent them an email requesting for an update regarding my order as I hadn't heard from them and payment had already been taken out. I tried calling them too, but their line kept going directly to voicemail- even during working hours.
Their lack of communication is abysmal!
I wouldn't have minded if there was a delay, but the fact that there is no communication from them is just unacceptable.
Funnily, as soon as I opened a case and complained via PayPal (which was my method of paying to them), and threatened to take matters further, they managed to issue a refund the following day!
This is definitely an online site to avoid. I ended up not receiving my delivery ofcourse, and now just waiting for the refund to be processed
Just read some of the reviews on Google too, many have gone through similar experiences.

Ordered a rug on 20th September said delivering 7 working days (still not received) its now 5/10/22 numerous emails not answered and phone calls, messages left not returned was told would be here end of last week still nothing (disgusting) opened case with PayPal will only accept a refund now absolutely disgusting customer service actually don't know how you actually run a business

This company has clearly ceased trading but has left the website live to steal a bit of money before the end. Ordered a nest of tables a month ago, no response to calls, emails or messenger. Please AVOID
