Misleading Australian-Made Claims - Product Actually Made in China
As an Australian consumer who prioritizes locally-made products and ethical purchasing decisions, I specifically sought out this company based on their marketing suggesting Australian origins.
I purchased the Orku 8.5L Gravity Benchtop Water Filter - Stainless Steel Fluoride Removal from their official website, expecting to support local manufacturing. However, upon receiving the product, I discovered that every component—from A to Z—is manufactured in China. There is no Australian manufacturing involved whatsoever.
This is particularly disappointing because:
• The website's presentation led me to believe I was supporting Australian industry
• Identical products are available on Amazon at lower prices
• The lack of transparency about country of origin is misleading to consumers who specifically seek Australian-made goods
Update: I have since found this same product listed on Amazon, where it is explicitly claimed to be a "Product of Australia." This appears to be false advertising, as all components are clearly marked as manufactured in China.
I strongly advise potential customers to:
1. Carefully verify manufacturing origins before purchasing
2. Check product labeling and packaging upon receipt
3. Be aware that marketing claims do not accurately reflect where these products are actually made
This is the first product I've examined from this company. I will be reviewing additional purchases separately.

I've ordered 5kg of unflavoured collagen proteins.
Delivery, service, price and pretty much everything was good however the flavour is not great, it has a strong smell so it's best if mixed with other ingredients and even then it won't disappear completely.
We drink collagen daily and have tried a few brands, this one so far has been my least favourite.
