The only trouble I had was with ordering from your website. I could not get to checkout. It let me configure the system with ease but i could not get the area that allows you to put your billing information to purchase the system. I called and talked to your customer serivce and they ran me through the typical fixes but in the end they were unable to fix the issue and after asking about phone orders I was told that they were unable to take phone orders. I believe the person i was talking to was Brian. To no fault of his, he was as baffled as i was as to why it would let me check out After putting me on hold, he came back to tell me that he could help me out with my order and actually ordered the system for me, which was a big help. I listed off the specifications i wanted over the phone and he put it into the system without a hitch. Once i got the system ordered i was handed off to Jay f. and it was smooth sailing from there. He was able to keep me informed on the build and answered any question i had. I would say my overall experience was satisfying and probably will order again in the future if the need arises

Bought a 5090 PC with a ryzen 9 9950x3d from Origin and it’s honestly well built.
That said, I put in the build notes that I wanted the original 5090 FE box shipped with it. Eddy never mentioned it even after I brought it up and customer support basically said nope, they won’t send one. Felt pretty dismissive. Also, it boots kinda slow out of the box, which is annoying for a rig like this.
Overall the PC is good, but the service on my request was meh.

Bryant was an excellent resource in helping me to make a decision to buy an Origin PC today.

So far the team has made it incredibly painless to make a custom build that will do all the things I needed to do. On top of that Eddy H. from the support team has been incredibly amazing and keeping me in the loop as to the progress of my machine and shipment. I look forward to enjoying this machine for many many years to come.

Unlike other companies that are unwilling to work or please their customers, Origin's treatment makes you want to come back because you know they have what you need.

Origin has good discounts, excellent build quality and were somehow able to source 96gb of Vengeance DDR5 in my build for a really fair price considering the current RAM market. They even assign a customer service rep to each customer for easy communication, build updates and to address any issues. Jay was my rep and did a fantastic job handling everything. This definitely won't be my last Origin PC!

An excellent value for an excellent system. The Neuron is beautiful and extremely fast with 96 gigs of ram, AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D and an RTX 5080. Nothing slows it down!

Quality build at a fair price. This is my first time buying a prebuilt pc since around the year 2000 when I bought an Alienware (before they were acquired by Dell). Since then I've always built my own PC, even though it's kind of a pain. After seeing the Origin PC Neuron 4500X for the price and quality of components listed, I realized I could not have built anything better for less. Throw in "2 Year Part Replacement with Shipping" and lifetime support, I had to pull the trigger.

The only negative thing I consistently read about Origin PC was the time it takes for them to ship your order. I had a few weeks before my 1 week vacation so I was okay with some shipping delays. It took 8 business days from when I ordered for it to ship, which was acceptable to me since I had it 4 days before my vacation started.

Customer service was very helpful. You get assigned a customer service rep who is with you for the whole process, which is nice. I had Jay F. giving me updates on my order status and helping me to get my promo codes for the free games that came with my computer from AMD and NVIDIA. I was really appreciative of his friendly demeanor and quick response times.

As for the computer itself, it was exactly as advertised. It looks good and runs well. Based on my experience, I'll definitely be looking at Origin PC again when it's time for a new build.

I bought a sim racing PC for myself and a gaming PC for my daughter and we couldn't be happier! The build quality is fantastic, everything is plug and play out of the box and the customer service support is unbelievable! Throughout the purchasing process and through delivery and even afterward, Oliver has guided me at every turn and had answers whenever I had questions. I stand behind my purchase, like Origin apparently does, and would look no further for a performance PC.
