Amazing Customer Service
This company has impressive customer service and beautifully made lighting. I needed a replacement glass shade and it arrived almost the next day. They are extremely professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Customer service is great
Customer service is great. We bought 3 lights, all the same and our electrician sucessfully installed 2, but had issues with the 3rd. BTC is replacing the 3rd one.
