Outstanding service from Chris at Original Artisan
​I’m based up in Scotland and Chris is in England, but the service is seamless. Delivery is incredibly fast. I've ordered strings and had them arrive the very next day.
​Chris is exceptionally knowledgeable, humble, and the absolute opposite of a pushy salesman.
He genuinely takes his time, offering four or five different options and laying out the pros and cons of each so you can make the best choice.
He recently went completely above and beyond, spending a ton of time helping me source the right strings for a tricky hybrid mandolin-banjo.

These people are customer services at some of the highest level I have ever experienced . I ordered a set of strings for my banjolele and broke one tuning it up. They responded almost instantly to my email with a lot of advice on how to avoid the problem in the future and at the same time sent a FREE new set of strings, this when the problem was certainly at my end and nothing whatever to do with the product they sent out. By the way they were also one of the cheapest

I've bought U-Bass strings from Original Artisan once before, largely based on their competitive pricing. This is my second purchase from them, and once again they have been able to offer not only the best price for my strings, but also fast delivery at no additional cost (which no other supplier I could find were able to offer!).
Ordered on Friday, they have just been delivered this morning (Sunday), well packaged.
I will definitely be using Original Artisan again - always will be first choice when looking for more strings and other items from now on - cheers guys!

Original Artisan have helped me out so often by getting spare strings to me really quickly when I've most needed them. They have given really good advice on string selection and managing problems arising from rough surfaces. I won't use any other team. I'm very grateful for their support!

Absolutely fantastic seller. Lots of products available, and very reasonably priced. I was very pleased with how quickly they sent out my strings, and it was nice that they took the time to include a note which directed me to resources to ensure that the specialist strings ordered would not be damaged upon installation.

I have ordered ukulele strings twice from this company. In each case delivery was very quick. They have an excellent product range at good prices.

An excellent selection of strings for guitars, ukuleles, etc. I have bought strings for ukuleles with unconventional tuning and for electro-acoustic bass guitar. In each case he service was prompt, efficient and friendly. Delivery by first class mail meant that I didn't have to wait for the strings.

Ordered strings on a Saturday, had them on the Monday. Appreciate the free postage and helpful, accessible staff.

Original Artisan not only stock a wide range of accessories and in my particular case ukulele strings, which I have purchased on a couple of occasions, they provide excellent service coupled with a competitive pricing structure. First class service all round.

First class service! I needed a very specific string for a baritone ukulele I play in an non standard tuning. I called Artisan and they literally could not have been more helpful. Chris totally knew his product lines and was able to advise exactly what I needed. He also explained the differences between two string types and without his help I would have almost certainly have ordered incorrectly. I have now used them several times and 100% pleased with the product lines, friendly advice and service!

Not only the cheapest price for this ukulele case but delivered in super quick time and free postage. Truly five star service.

I normally order from Amazon, but I came across Original Artisan when searching for a half set of classical guitar strings. To be honest I had not heard of this website before but I am glad I found them They had the half set I needed and delivery was very quick. I have since ordered another 2 sets of strings. each arrived quickly and great value too.
