Sadly this is a scam as others have cleared now identified. Poor quality and sizing ridiculously small. Returned items to China - not the country I thought I was buying from. Items have arrived at my doorstep today as they were not collected from customs in China. Do not touch with a barge pole!

I returned the shoes because they were very poor quality and did not fit. The return address was in China and the shoes were sent back to me 4 months later with the comment "not collected"
So 1 star is too much!

I bought 4 pairs of orthotic sandals last August. When they arrived I couldn’t believe how bad they were. Not orthotic, extremely poor quality.
I contacted them, no response so I returned them to Holland. They were returned as they couldn’t be delivered because of course they are from China. I contacted them again and was offered the discount and a non existent web page to return.
I contacted the bank and said I had been mis- sold. The bank returned my money, I had to wait in case the company made a counter claim but they never did. They must be making a fortune with this rubbish.
I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU CONTACT YOUR BANK. Go through the return process first and take photographs. It was worth it. It’s taught me to check reviews for websites I haven’t used before.

Very poor quality clothes the size i ordered for a trousers suit was medium but the one I got was small. The return was impossible for me due to technology and all I have been offered is 20% so I am over £30 short and it's so dreadful I can't give it to anyone

Utter rubbish ! Advertised as 'Cashmere sweater for men' Received 100% polyester seems to be same copampany as Solorfit.
Typical Chinese scam and rubbish . No way to return , no ID on package and no paper copy of purhase

Order arrived cheap and nothing like the pictures. I returned it, they received my return and still have not refunded me 7 weeks now. I keep sending messages they reply with AI about how they hope I'm having a good day and my refund will be coming soon. I don't think so. It's a scam site.

Been waiting 4 weeks for my order still not here but tbh I hope it doesn’t arrive after reading these reviews, clearly a scam site from China, I’ve been scammed before. Will I never learn 😡 shopify are also being used for payment do they not vet the companies who use them?

Terrible quality and a nightmare for returns made it look like it was a uk based company but it's in China. Avoid and safe yourself the time and trouble.

I wouldn't even give this one star . Only wish I had read the reviews before I bought anything . The "trainers " I bought were supposed to be Nike . They were not. Cheap and flimsy . I paid nearly £32 and the cost to return them was over £20 . As I had no confidence I would even get a refund I decided to keep them . Lesson learnt I will always check the company on trust pilot before I buy in the future .

Horrible. Steer clear. This seller misleads customers about its returns policy. It says you can return the items, indicating a UK flag, but then the website says return to the Netherlands, but in actual fact they need you to return it to China. This is misleading and illegal. The goods were also very poor quality and mis-sized.

Firstly, the delivery was very slow, arriving too late for my son's prom, which was the main reason for the purchase.
Beyond the delay, the product itself was not as advertised. The 'stretch comfort' material feels of poor quality and has no noticeable stretch, contrary to the description. Even more frustrating, the 'red' color is a bright red, not the darker red shown in the product photos. This significant color difference, combined with the poor quality and lack of stretch, made the shirt unusable for us.
While the return process seems too costly and difficult to pursue for this item, I wanted to share my experience so others are aware. The product simply doesn't match the online description or quality expectations.

Dear shoppers. Avoid at all cost. The dress advertised is nothing like the dress I received. Shocking quality. My only saving grace I paid £27.99. When trying to get a refund, the make it so complicated and expensive, I in the end decided to accept the 20% refund option with no return required. This company is dishonest and are scamming customers. I’m only thankful I did not spend a lot of money. The cost of the return would have cost more than the cost of the disgusting dress they sent. Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!

Do not buy from this company. The products are not as advertised. Shockingly poor quality and customer service appears on the surface to be decisive but no action for refunds is taken. Extremely annoying - I thought I was buying from a UK company not a Chinese based one. I returned the items at my own cost nearly 3 weeks ago and all they keep saying is send photographic proof of posting.

Hidious , awful shocking quality . Fabric is such poor quality too. NEVER again will I order from this company . I’m thrilled my shipment arrived late as I would have been too embarrassed to wear it for the event I had in mind . Sooo wish I’d read the reviews ….

If i could give it zero stars I would. The two blouses which came to £70 in total, so definitely not cheap, were the worst quality I've ever come across. Horrible cheap material, no tags, far too small and nothing like the photos on their site. A complete scam and now looking at all these reviews, it doesn't even seem like there's any point trying to send them back to get a refund.

Disgraceful, shockingly bad. Horrible blazer. Tiny. Cheap fabric. Buttons - very cheap - had fallen off in the plastic bag the damned thing has been stuffed into.
I cannot express my disgust that companies such as this are allowed to trade through Amazon and it's been reported to them
Avoid at all costs.
If I could give this set of sheisters -stars I would.
Go burn your money.
