I would not even bother to contact support because they will never even bother to reply, two weeks i waited and just give up in the end.

-Why isn't it free? What a hassle for 5 bucks...
-Missing features
-Support is not that bad, at least we get an answer often within a day and anyway within a couple days, but the tone could improve. Not a good experience overall.
-Registration is ridiculous. they ask for stuff like physical address and what not... what for? Country I would understand (for tax) but up to my street number?

Bad service, bad company
The worst service in history. Runs by kids and saying stuff like "I don't do gangbangs". Dont want to look at your ticket until weeks later. Banning you from their discord server for no reason. And don't give the product you've paid for.
Just a bad company and stealing your money.

Impressive module
Before purchasing this module I had to actually create each server manually. It took a lot of the precious time I could use growing my hosting project. I waited a few weeks before it was released and even if at first I was skeptic I found great support, a development team ready to listen to your suggestions and a business orientated approach to Pterodactyl Game Panel.
This module is the perfect starting point for either a personal hosting project or a hosting business.

Great service! Fast and reliable
I have a Don't Starve Together and teamspeak server with orgpack and it's been wonderful! The ability to reboot my server with the panel is wonderful, they've been great.
