Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery, well packaged, however wrong percentage of oil sent. I have complained and they have promised to dispatch the correct item. Not arrived yet (3 days) watch this space !!!!

Our Director contacted you immediately by phone to personally apologise once you informed us a mistake was made and a replacement was shipped the next day with extra samples. Unfortunately on very rare occasions mistakes happen which we aim to rectify quickly. You messaged our Director today who informed you he had personally packed your replacement.
