I ordered a hoodie from Orezoria and was really impressed. The fabric is thick and soft, the stitching feels solid. The print looks great - not cheap at all. Shipping was faster then I expected, so its nice.
Only thing - I wish there were more sizes available, but overall love the vibe.

I placed an order on March 7th for two items, I never received an email confirmation after making my purchase. Today, April 1st, I received only one of the two items. The package was quite small, so I’m unsure why both items weren’t included.

I have tried reaching out to your support email but have yet to receive a response.

At this point, I’m left wondering whether the second item will arrive at all. Do I simply wait and hope it turns up as part of another shipment, or is there an issue with my order? Additionally, your website states that refunds are issued when an item is returned, but in my case, I haven’t even received all of my items. I expect either the missing item to be shipped immediately with tracking information or a refund for the item I never received.

This lack of communication and transparency is frustrating and needs to be addressed. Please respond as soon as possible with an update on my missing item.

So, I previously wrote a very bad review about this shop. I thought it was a scam because after I placed an order I didn't have any updates for weeks about it (I didn't even receive an email saying that the order was being processed...nothing). I wrote to costumer help to see if I would be able to get a refound but I had no reply (and for what matters it never came). Still, I waited, and after 3 weeks from the order placement there was an update! The order status was updated to "completed" and I was provided a tracking site for the order (which seemed even more scammy, I also didn't receive any emails about the shipment).
Today, after 4 weeks, my package was delivered (even though I had to actually pay an extra 9€ to the carrier).

About the quality of the product: I ordered a pair of cargo pants and I have to say they are very nice. The material is soft, the colour seems pretty close to what advertised (I have yet to wash them) and I am very happy with what I received.

Overall:
I have to be honest, I gave this shop such high rating because I was so in love with the pants I ordered. After thinking it was a scam, I was so happy to actually receive something and, even more so, of good quality.
It surely takes quite a bit of time, but if you're in no rush I definitely recommend this site.
I took away one star mainly for the lack of updates and reply from costumer service.

I also think they were victim of some kind of scam on facebook and now there are many bad reviews from it (I think it's about some cups but don't quote me on that).

Bad is not enough.
No customer service.
Offices said to be in CA yet phone is from Delaware. No one answers...nor email replies.
Shipment didnt come in.

If I could give zero stars I would! Ordered two SMEG cups and still 2 months later haven’t received them. Have emailed numerous times without any reply. AVOID

Ordered the 4 SMEG mugs on their Facebook ad, checked website looked ok but have never received anything despite getting an order number and tracking email, not responded to daily emails and the address to a shell company in Covent Garden has gone. Total scam don’t use , hoping credit card will get me money back (over £55)

Bought 4 of the SMEG coffee cups and after only using one 5 time the writing has melted off all over my fingers. Very disappointed and not happy. 2 of the were for gifts but obviously I wont be giving the poor quality product as a gift. I have emailed them but no reply yet!

This company was on FB as Oraio selling Smeg mugs ordered one and got a email sayings it’s ordered looked in the order still not been sent out and I have emailed them with no response and their website is up for sale. This is obviously a scam so I will be reporting this further… now not on FB advertising… you won’t get away with this

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUDULENT SCAM! I can't believe their website hasn't been forcibly shut down. I didn't do my due diligence and spent $50 on an item back in May and never received it. Their phone number doesn't work, and my multiple emails are still unanswered. I feel bad for all of the innocent victims this unethical entity has taken advantage of...I hope their website is SHUT DOWN ASAP!!!

Dreadful, they will charge you and you won't get your item. They will ignore any contact you try to make with them. Avoid! It's a con!

I ordered an item and my card was charged but I never ever got my order ! I order this item on the 17th of February and it is currently the 17th of July, I put my order number into a trusted order tracking website and the website claims my order was delivered in 2022 in India. I do not live in India by the way

I purchased a Stanley cup, it took forever to get here and didn't realize it was coming from China. Now they won't answer emails or calls to return it.

They charged my credit card and I never received anything. I tried contacting them through email several times as well as the bogus phone number they have listed on their site. BEWARE this company is shipping fake merchandise from CHINA it's not authentic.

I am very happy with the boots I bought at your site, and I highly recommend it.

i made an account and ordered six items, never received any order confirmation or shipping confirmation from the website. i got a paypal notification but nothing else. a month later, half of the order came. i tried to log in to see if i could track the rest of my order and my account had been deleted. i emailed customer service three times to ask for help or for a refund and did not hear anything back. it’s been two months and the second half of the order had not come and i have heard nothing. don’t buy anything from here. its overpriced and they don’t even give you what you overpaid for.

Items finally came after two months. Customer service was completely unresponsive and there was no way to track my package, but I definitely did get my items. They are great quality. If you're willing to wait it's a good website :)
