I would strongly advise restaurant owners to read the terms and conditions very carefully before signing up with this company.
In my experience, the contracts and policies are not as clear and transparent as they should be. The company has significant control over customer orders and payments, and if any issue arises, they can hold your funds, which can have a serious impact on your business cash flow.
As a restaurant owner, having your revenue delayed or frozen without a clear and straightforward resolution process is a major risk. I believe the company should be much more transparent about these policies before businesses join.
I hope they improve their communication, contract transparency, and the way they handle merchants’ funds in the future.

Best choice for my takeaway business.
My name is Mohammed Rumon, owner of De Raj Indian Takeaway based in Rugby. I have been with this company for 6 months now, and I wanted to share my honest experience.
They handle everything for my business — my online website, card terminal, social media advertising, and I also ordered my EPOS system through them. For the price they charge, they are excellent value compared to other companies in the market.
Like any service, there have been occasional delays when issues arise, but I must say that whenever I have spoken directly with Mr Mahir, he has always dealt with my concerns immediately and without hesitation. What truly stands out is that he personally calls me to check up on my business and make sure everything is running smoothly — that level of care is rare and very much appreciated.
It is clear that the team genuinely cares about their customers, and Mr Mahir's dedication and professionalism make a real difference.

This is just a shit company to work with, one of their agent so called Mr shamim has destroyed my business with his stupidities, he never fulfilled his commitment. On top he lie a alot.
And other teams they don’t properly listen and solve the issue.
Please avoid working with them, i don’t know how they trap people to get 5 here.

I am pleased to share that I have observed a notable improvement in customer service recently. Mr. Akash was exceptionally helpful and provided excellent support. The assistance received significantly enhanced my experience. While the overall customer service has improved, the system itself, referred to as "Ordere," still requires further development. I must say the best customer service I…
I must say the best customer service I have ever had from the Order E, specially I must mention one name Mr Sayeem, who is truly the best. He helped me to set up my caller ID and the new Epos system, sorting out my menu my menu pricing with patience because I questioned a lot! But this gentleman give his best to me. I wish him success, ohh I forgot another name Mr.Rahat he is helpful too. Actually oreder-e customer service is the best.
