Vi har som restauratør været kunde hos dem i et par år nu - og de seneste 2 år har vi prøvet at komme ud af den onde cirkel. Det er umuligt at komme i kontakt med dem!!! De trækker kunderne for pengene, dog kører vi ikke med deres system længere, så vi modtager ikke ordren og derved modtager kunden ikke sin mad. Vi har ikke modtaget vores penge i flere måneder. Hold jer langt væk!!!!

Shame you can’t give zero stars
Shame you can’t give zero stars! This stupid app did not work the entire weekend that we stayed at the hotel that was tied into using it! The hotel had mistakenly removed their phone system from all of the rooms and relied on this. Due to its failure, we had to go to reception or the bar to order room service, which completely defeats the point! I would actively avoid any establishment that have moved to this dumb app!

Helt igennem uacceptabelt, elendigt.
3 timer EFTER leveringstid er der stadig intet mad. Ringet til restaurant, chattet med OrderApp - måske er chauffør på vej, men 3 timer?!?!?!?
Restauranten er 10 min væk...
Håber på full refund :|
